Walking into this elegantly furnished and exquisitely decorated ground floor oceanfront condominium, you can’t help but notice the panoramic view of the sea. The fully equipped and amply stocked kitchen is a cook’s delight. The condo offers a large and comfortable living room with incredible ocean views. The two master bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms. The spacious condo is a great option as a home base for larger groups.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Great location and property

We had a wonderful week at this property. The location and property were great. The property managers made the check in, golf cart retrieval, and check out seamless. They helped us arrange flights and made sure we had provisions throughout our trip. Will definitely stay here again.

More than expected

We loved staying here. Clean and beautiful. Our accommodations were superb and we would definitely stay here again. Chad and Kim were always available and extremely helpful. Clean pool and easy access to the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of town yet close enough to get to.

Best Place on San Pedro!

Chad and Kimberly went way above and beyond anything they would need to do for vacationers. I honestly don’t know how they do it all! They met us at the airport helped us get settled and then helped us on the way out too! Not to mention the beer fairy that keeps the fridge stocked. Part from the amazing hosts, the unit is beautiful and the location is perfect. This is my 3rd stay on the island and I would venture to say that this is the nicest condo in San Pedro. I will stay here again and again if they will have us!

Spacious, comfortable condo

The condo was very spacious and comfortable for two couples. Well stocked for eating meals in, including access to a small barbque. Being on the first floor with an outdoor patio and located beside the pool we enjoyed many casual afternoons lounging. The location of the condo made for easy golf cart or walking access to the south island of San Pedro as well as to explore the north island. Kimberly and Chad were very accommodating hosts assisting with getting flights, golf carts and taxi’s booked as well as lining up initial basic provisions. Although the presence of the sargassum was not something that our hosts had any control of, at least the accommodations were pleasant.

First time in Belize!

Kimberly, Brittany and Mike were great from start to finish. The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked. The king sized bed was probably the most comfortable bed we've had on any trip. The location, just north of town, was perfect. Having a swimming pool just a few steps away from the front door was nice too. We followed most of their recommendations. Even though we didn't use it all day every day, rent a golf cart. We had one throughout our stay and I don't think I'd do it any other way. Also, let them book your round trip flights to and from San Pedro Airport. They take care of everything, including picking you up and dropping you off. It can be a little hectic if you don't know what to expect. Overall, we had a great stay. Everyone we met was very friendly. The weather was nearly perfect. We're already talking about coming back next year!

Tropical storm Sara get away.

This is a great property and a good location. Brittney and Mike are the best. They respond within minutes to meet our needs. Our only issue was with the master bath Jacuzzis. We didn't try it until our last day only to find it didn't work. This was a feature that sold us on the property so we were very disappointed. Other then Jacuzzis everything worked great, the unit was beautiful and when we had to reschedule our departure flight, Brittany was a wonderful help. We were surprise at the prices in the restaurants. We live in Guatemala and I commute from the USA and we have never seen prices this high. All in all, it was a great vacation. We went to secret beach on our first day so the kids were able to have fun with the jet skis before tropical storm Sara came and brought rain for three days. Lonnie & Gladys

Great place to stay with friends

We came to Ambergris Caye with our best friends to scuba dive. This was the perfect location with 2 master bedrooms, where both couples could feel comfortable. Great layout, clean, fully stocked kitchen, great view of the ocean, and excellent service from Kimberly and Chad!! They had everything ready and waiting and helped us get from the airport, then back, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Great place!!

Absolutely amazing !!!

Kimberly and Chad are the most amazing hosts!! They booked our domestic flights and all our excursions. Even had beer, soda and water waiting for us. Location is great and the views are amazing. Be sure to visit Coco Loco for a drink and some food. Amazing people there as well !!!

We were suppose to stay at a different resort, but the resort canceled our reservation so we booked this unit. It turned out to be for the best!! We loved the unit, it was exactly as described on Vrbo. It was spacious and it exceeded our expectations. The view was beautiful, the pools were perfectly refreshing, the resort was consistently being wiped clean and kept up by the staff. Every morning we saw the staff wiping down the patio tables, picking up trash, cleaning the pools from any tree debri that fell overnight. The resort was located in a perfect quite location. Minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. A walk away was a great little swim up bar and grill 'Loco Coco' with delicious food and great employees. We had a great time and have some good memories from there. The best part of our vacation was the hospitality of Kimberly and Chad. They made the transition to and from the airport and resort stress-free. During our stay Kimberly and Chad would answer our calls and our needs as they came up. Always ready to help. They were frequently around the resort making it easy to approach them in person. They were very resourceful, helpful and friendly. Thank you Kimberly and Chad for making our first visit to Belize a pleasant and wonderful experience. We would definitely return to this resort on our next visit to Belize....hope its soon 😀

Beautiful Peacefulness

First of all Kimberly and Chad were fantastic to work with! Very responsive and accommodating! As for the property- it was beautiful and the house was spacious and had everything you would need including books and games. The only let down was the beach. We knew there was not “access” or a beachfront walk out into the ocean. Howdy we didn’t know it was full of seagrass and very little sandy bottom. There was also a bad smell. So we spent our time in the pool!! We also went to secret beach which was heavenly and was not a bad golf cart drive! Overall still giving the property a 5 because if you know this up front it is still beautiful!!!

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Glad you enjoyed our services, the condo and the property. Our apologies for the influx of sargassum which occurred during your stay. This is something which occurs periodically across the entire Caribbean and can cause an unpleasant smell. When the sargassum moves out, the smell and the sea grass are gone and access into the water is much easier and there is a sandy bottom. Mother Nature can sometimes be difficult!
