Très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied

Bon rapport qualité prix, logement bien agencé, jolie vue, seul petit bémol :les odeurs de nourriture très désagréables provenant d'un restaurant d'en bas et aussi assez bruyant tard dans la nuit.

Nous avons loué cet appartement cet été: il est très bien agencé, possibilité de faire un courant d air traversant en cas de grosse chaleur, chambre dans la verdure et au calme, terrasse grande et plein soleil à partir de 14h, très propre, nombreux placards bien pratiques. Pour l emplacement, l idéal est de louer des vélos car il y a des pistes cyclables partout. Seul hic: il n y a pas de local à vélos prévu. Nous on rangeait les vélos devant la voiture qui est restée dans le garage. Agence inter home top, malgré une machine à laver défectueuse, nous avons trouvé une solution. On va revenir je pense.

Belle vue sur le port

Apparemment très agréable, impeccable, très bien agencé avec de nombreux placards. Le parking privé est un plus fort appréciable. Petit bémol : un seul jeu de clés pas trop pratique, il manque un four électrique et les couettes sont vieillissantes et désagréables. L'emplacement entre Capbreton et Hossegor est top. L'agence interhome d'Hossegor est très professionnelle et efficace.

un peu décu par la propreté

Décu par la propreté de l'appartement au niveau de la cuisine,l'étagere est recouverte de gras ,vers la poubelle le mur n'est pas très propre,et une mauvaise odeur persiste derriere le frigo. l'appartement mériterait un petit raffraichissement ,le tiroir du petit meuble est cassé,et la salle de bain est vraiment vieillotte! l'appartement est pourtant vraiment bien situé,très calme,et le parking est super!nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour. La location pour les vélos est a coté,de très bons restaurants sont a proximité ,je vous conseille celui juste en dessous,très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Emplacement idéal pour des belles balades entre Cap-Breton et Hossegor. Possession de vélo ou de voiture nécessaire.
