Divided into three adjoining houses (independent access) of which one is occupied by the owner. Mas "Les Geais", from the 17th century, renovated. In a secluded, quiet position. For shared use: property 1 ha with trees. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Moulin à Huile" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Tennis 10 km. Hiking paths: Ayguier neuf 2 km, Travignon 5 km. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. FR8033.105 is situated on the same property. Lake,Apt 10 km. Please note: on the ground, 50 meters of rental, protected swimming pool reserved for owners.
3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Oil heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. Bathroom, sep. WC. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The fridge has a freezer compartment. Between seasons, the heating is via a wood stove (available).

Die beste Auszeit des Lebens

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung mitten in der Natur. Super gut zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Nachts gibt es einen unvergleichlichen Sternenhimmel. Tagsüber kann man die Natur entdecken. Vom Haus aus kann man viele Touen direkt starten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Wochenmärkte sollte man nicht verpassen. Das Haus und vorallem die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Un petit paradis en pleine nature

Gîte un peu retiré en pleine nature, idéal pour ce ressourcer dans un paysage et un environnement magnifiques. Bien équipé, il ne manque rien, c'est parfait. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et discrets. À essayer absolument si vous souhaitez prendre un "bain" de nature, tout en restant à proximité du village.

Dejligt feriehus - der levede fuldt op til vores forventninger. Alt dejligt rent og i orden. Vi nød den overdækkede terrasse i de skønne rolige omgivelser. Total fransk på landet. Ligger lige midt i alt det flotte. Saturnin d'Apt måske den skønneste by? Venligt værtspar, ejeren talte også engelsk.
