Why stay at the rest when you can stay at the best! Nothing like garage parking and an Elevator! This is the apartment above my newly constructed detached 3 car garage, est. 2021. Large garage with covered parking. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 hide a bed, full kitchen, fireplace and an elevator (max capacity of 6). The Garage Majhal also has a full size washer and dryer. Air frying convection oven and charcoal grill & smoker. Full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a blender. 70" Samsung smart TV with surround sound stereo with Showtime, Starz and HBO Max via Hulu and Netflix also. Master bedroom has a TV as well. Ironing board, Iron, Hair Dryer, Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner. Curel lotion, Purell hand sanitizer, Olay Ultra Moisture body wash. Centrally Located. Very Walkable 81 and Very Bike able 87 scores from Walk Score. 10 minutes to downtown. About 30 minutes from all of Denver. Berkley Park sub division. The Tennyson Street shops and galleries within walking distance. A few blocks away from locally owned coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and even an ice cream shop. Even the historic Oriental theater is four blocks away. Very Close to I-70 and Sheridan Blvd for easy access to ski resorts. 10 minutes from the Stock Show and walking distance to Lakeside Amusement park. I have 1 dog and if you are up for some canine companionship I am sure my dog Eleanor would be up for it. The patio is fenced in if you are not up for canine companionship.

Not enough praise i heap on this property. Wonderful walkable neighborhood, we walked to dinner 4 nights in the week. Top of the line appliances and furnishings. Nothing we could want for. Great communication with host. Already planning a trip back.
Very nice and comfortable place with lots of thoughtful amenities. Modern and super clean. Kitchen is well-equipped. Great place for a family with older kids. Probably not so ideal for a family with toddlers, hence the 3-Star rating in the family friendly category. Really appreciated the fact that Scott also provided laundry detergent. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Denver.

Perfect for families! Clean, well-thought out and high quality finishing.
Everything was wonderful. Fit our needs perfectly with our ADA son. Great location as well. Super clean. Very secure. The garage parking was a hit as well. Scott is a great host! Our new place to stay when coming to Denver
This property was immaculate. Everything was as described or better. The host was super responsive and kind, she getting to meet Eleanor was a treat! Neighborhood was great and not too far from the airport or downtown. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Denver!

We stayed at the “Garage Mahal” during a cold Denver week, and it absolutely lived up to its name. The fireplace was outstanding and kept the whole place warm and cozy, and having a private garage for our rental car was a huge bonus in the winter weather. We didn’t cook, but we easily could have—everything you’d need was provided. The Keurig was a nice touch for quick mornings. The bathroom, especially the shower, was genuinely high-end and one of the nicest we’ve ever had in a rental. The owner was accessible and responsive, though we never needed anything once we settled in. This is by far the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed at, and we’d book it again without hesitation.
The perfect place to stay in the Denver area! Great location, lots of amenities, every detail thought of, prompt and friendly communication with the owner, accessible for those who need it. Could not think of a better place to stay - we were there for a few nights at Red Rocks and a visit to CU Boulder. It made for a comfortable place to call home each night! Will definitely stay again!

We have stayed here in the past and it continues to be a favorite. Easy walk to Tennyson St., Berkeley Park, very residential, but plenty of places to eat and drink. The house is quiet, always clean, and has most everything you wish other VRBO‘s had. Coffee, spices, nice washer and dryer, plenty of hangers and places to hang things. Very nice garage, easy access. The host is very accommodating and quick to reply.
Perfection. Incredible host! Amazing amenities and location. Sweet surprise was a short walk a few blocks to Tennyson Street for fantastic meals and shopping in our down time. Just a quick drive from everything else. Garage parking was an added bonus. We highly recommend reaching out to Scott for a fabulous stay in Denver!! Wish we got to spend more time.
This was a fantastic property. Clean clean clean! Lots of closets/drawers. Everything was easy. We were here for 2 weeks and it was very comfortable! The highlights were having a private garage to park in and an elevator!!We were just blocks away from all the restaurants and stores we needed. 15 minutes to the foothills!
Loved the stay here. It is beautiful, and clean. The host was very responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend booking here if you are in denver. I will be booking it again on my next visit.
Our stay here was fantastic! Location was very convenient - lots of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and more. Easy drive east to downtown or west to the mountains. Parking space in the garage was super convenient. Space was great for the three of us to hang out between activities. WiFi had no issues with 3 of us working and using it at the same time. Kitchen has all the necessities and having the washer/dryer option was nice. Communication with Scott was so easy - he’s very responsive and let us do a late check out on short notice. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
Absolutely fantastic property and neighborhood! Owner was extremely helpful and quickly responsive to any questions we had. The property had everything we needed for a five day stay. We loved walking to all sorts of fun spots nearby, and we felt quite safe in the area. I’d happily live here, and we’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.
