About this property

Jackson's Cabin - Ask About Free Attraction Tickets!

Treat yourself, family, and friends to a memorable mountain experience at Jackson's Cabin — a 2-bedroom + loft, 2.5-bathroom cabin with room to sleep 8 guests in the Great Smoky Mountains of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Stunning mountain scenery pours through the many large windows at this inviting cabin rental. Plus, there are multiple outdoor spaces where you can get up close and personal with the Smokies.

Travel up the steep driveway to reach the roomy gravel parking area at the top, where you can comfortably maneuver and unpack multiple vehicles. Once inside, start your vacation off in the living room that features an elevated ceiling, hardwood floors, and a towering stacked stone (wood burning) fireplace. Plop on the couch for a rest with snacks and drinks on the coffee table and get a toasty fire going if it's nippy outside. The room also has a futon, a tall table for 2, and a flatscreen TV for entertainment while you chill.

Following the home's open concept into the kitchen, you'll find it's fully equipped with everything — including stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, cookware, dishes, and serving utensils — you need to prep and serve meals throughout the day. And the dining table is ideal for enjoying homemade meals, playing board games, or coloring with the kids at the cabin.

Eager to play? Head onto the screened-in deck to play poker or bumper pool and enjoy the gorgeous Smoky Mountain views from the oversized hot tub. There's another deck with ceiling fans for warmer months and plenty of rocking chairs. A charcoal grill awaits fun cabin cookouts! And don't forget to bring marshmallows to roast around the outdoor firepit, where you can place your personal outdoor chairs to sit back and enjoy the fire.

When you're ready to head to bed, split off into a mix of 1 queen-size bed, 1 full-size bed, 1 twin-size trundle bed, and 1 futon. There's also a TV in every bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer to make your stay more comfortable and convenient. At Jackson's Cabin, expect to make wonderful memories with those you love most!

Dirty cabin, brown smelly water, on a narrow unpaved road.
The worst VRBO experience I have ever had. This cabin is located on top of a mountain with beautiful views, but the views aren't worth risking your life. The road leading up to the cabin is unpaved and hardly five feet wide; it's incredibly unsafe. The cottage is on a well, so the water is brown, smelly, making the cabin smell bad. You can tell the furniture is from a goodwill store. The beds are not comfortable either, and the property is poorly maintained. The wifi is horrible as well. it's nearly the scene of a horror movie. I was staying here with my husband and six month old, and the water was not safe to wash his bottles with. My husband is a new driver, and we felt unsafe driving to the cabin. We would leave downtown hours before sunset, as not to risk having to drive there in the dark. We called cabinsforyou to try and cancel our reservation for the remainder of the days, and they said no and hung up on us. After my husband wrote an email directly to the CEO, they let us cancel our last night of stay there. VRBO was also highly unhelpful, and I lost all faith in them. I was on the phone with them for a total of 6 hours. I called them at 6 pm and had to keep recalling until 12:30 am. They told me they could find alternative accommodations for us but kept disconnecting the call after saying that, and every time I would call back. The agent would tell me that they don't have the software to find new accommodations, put me on hold, and ultimately hang up on me. At one point, I was crying on the phone, begging them to either issue a refund or find us new accommodations, and they said that it was not their problem and that we had to stay there until they talked to the property owner, which wouldn't be till the next day. My husband and I ultimately gave up and booked a hotel because it would rain the next two days, and we did not feel safe there. In short, don't book this place, unless you feel safe driving on an extremely steep unpaved road, and like places that smell bad, have bad water, are unclean and don't have WiFI. I also highly recommend not booking any stays through VRBO, becauseif anything goes wrong, they will just keep ypu on hold until you give up.

Beautiful Views
Beautiful views, the drive up is a little nerve racking. The cabin is nice, lots of room,Place could have been a little cleaner. Kids wouldn't even play pool the table was so dirty. Mattresses on all beds are quiet worn. Over all we enjoyed our stay.
