Excellent location
This condo was walking distance to anything you want to do. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, grocery store. The site had a very nice pool and cabana to cook outdoor. The condo was outdated on inside, couch was a two seater, was some Ian damage that hadn’t been repaired as of yet but was minor and understandable. Kitchen supplies like dishes, pots and pans were limited and many weren’t dishwasher or microwave safe. Would recommend to rent as long as your ok with mentioned items. The master bedroom could be updated to a queen or king size bed too

Thank you for bringing to my attention that kitchen dishes aren't microwave and dishwasher compatible. I'll update them for next season.
Sorry about the cosmetic damage of part of the balcony ceiling. I've contacted the building contractor for this matter but, because of extensive hurricane damage in our area, they cannot get to it until June or July of this year. Master bedroom has a brand new queen mattress and new bedding; a king size bed would be too much for that room. The couch is a two-seater however, there are additional armchairs in the room that you are able to use. Anything larger in that space would be too much and limit walking space.
