Perfect beach getaway. Make memories that last! 100% on the beach on the right spot of Estero Beach near restaurants, marina, nightlife, supermarkets, movie theater, and all kind of entertainment. From the lanai to the white sands of our pristine world famous beach.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment fully renovated with an additional queen sofa bed in the living room, inside laundry, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. Lanai overlooking the ocean. Tile floor on the bedrooms, kitchen, and hall, with a brand new carpet in the living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to make it easy to prepare full course meals. Breakfast table to enjoy the morning coffee, new air conditioning, and more.

The master suite has a California king size bed, in-room TV, full private bathroom, very comfortable reclining seat, and a walking closet . The guest bedrooms have two twin beds, a walking closet, and an in-room TV. The living room has a brand new queen sofa bed.

From the white sands located on the best part of the south end of Estero beach you can enjoy this tropical paradise by sightseeing dolphins and manatees daily, water activities like jet-ski rental, fishing charters, parasailing, renting a cabana, or simply enjoing the sunset to name a few.

Trolley train service is available from right outside our resort to take you to the Times Square of Fort Myers Beach to enjoy restaurants, clubs, ice cream parlors, many shops, and a beautiful fishing pier.

If you come in November, you can rejoice yourself with The Annual American Sand Sculpting Championship Festival that takes place right in front of our resort. There you will amuse your spirits with artisans, music, demonstrations, and food. Admission is free to Vendor Village.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 10:00AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove sand and dry out salty water before entering the unit. The floor may be slippery if you carry sand in.
Sea turtle nesting season is (May 1 to October 31) lights in lanai must be off from 10:00pm otherwise Town of Fort Myers will fine you with $500.00.
Only approved service animals and emotional support animals are permitted at Sandarac.

Our host danae was so efficient in getting back to me when i had a question or a problem. I would rent again from her in a heartbeat. This walk out unit in south Ft Myers beach was excellent. Beautiful beach and supplied eith everything you need for a beach day. Brand new pool and loungers. Complex was clean and easy walk or bike ride to what you need. Love this south end area if the beach

We had such a great time at Danae’s condo in Fort Myers! The condo was clean, comfortable, and supplied all the equipment we needed for our beach vacation. The beach was wide, beautiful, and full of large, gorgeous shells. There is a Publix and CVS both only minutes away, so it is very conveniently located. If you are planning a trip to Fort Myers Beach, I would 100% recommend this property for your stay. Thank you for everything, Danae!

We enjoyed our month here. The kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms and linens were well stocked and organized. We were able to move right in and make it our home. The view of the ocean and beach location made our sunny days terrific.

Little get away

The location was perfect and exactly what we needed. Far enough from busy Main Street but yet close enough if you wanted to shop. The beach access and pool was perfect. We rented chairs on the beach which was so easy and great prices. Would recommend that again and then no hassle carrying your own beach stuff. Thanks Fort Myers it was a very nice trip.

Paradise on the Gulf of America!

Beautiful unit right on the beach. White sand, gorgeous coastline ! The sunsets are perfection. Make memories in this lovely condo. 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Lots of room ! Centrally located on the island! Highly recommend! The owner was a delight!

Fun times and tan lines

We had a lovely time. Perfect weather and the pool temp was absolutely perfect! The beach was very relaxing and not crowded. We enjoyed that the condo had an umbrella and chairs to take down to the beach but you can also rent them for 30 a day if you want. Cozy beds as well! We love to dine out and both directions has some good places. Coconut Jacks was a good place and Junkanoo was pretty good also!

A wonderful beach stay experience

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at this property. Danae is extremely accommodating and quick to respond to all my requests. The property has a gorgeous view of the beach through the balcony and everything inside was neatly decorated and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a perfect place to rewind. The ability to be able to step out to the beach every morning and every evening for the sunset is definitely a plus!

This property was just as pictured. The view from the lanai was directly to the Gulf. The view from the Master and living room was to the pool. Very nice and would stay again.

My husband and I rented the condo for the month of January. To our surprise the condo had been recently updated and exceeded our expectations. The view of the beach and sunsets from the balcony were amazing as well as unforgettable! Danea was fantastic and responded to our emails promptly. My Month in Paradise

We found this condo back in January of this year. We decided to spend an entire month in our favorite place. We enjoyed everything about the condo. The unit is spacious and bright. Our family of four was very comfortable. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful and water temperature is perfect. The location is very convenient, it’s about 1.5 miles to the Publix and CVS is right across the street. The Santini Plaza is two blocks away with several options for eating out. The host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return again soon.

Wonderful Ft. Myers Beach location!

Wonderful location, nice size place, very comfortable! The maintenance of the property was great! The view was just beautiful, located on beautiful sandy beach! We had a great time! Older property but this was a new property for the owner to rent so we had a few minor things that went wrong but her response to everything was spot on, and very timely! We would stay here again!
