This one-bedroom, one-bath condo has a queen bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, wood-burning fireplace, balcony and, for the flat-screen TV, this unit has Roku and a DVD player. There is free dedicated Wi-Fi in the unit, and it is walking distance to downtown shopping and dining. No BBQ grill. No smoking or pets, please. Second floor - stairs required. Sleeps four. Note: As of 8/28/22, a construction project on an adjacent property is causing occasional noise issues. A temporary access lane to the unit is provided.

Perfect location to walk into town. Lots of elk in the neighborhood. Nice balcony to sit and have coffee. Very clean and had all that we needed for the week.

Cozy and close to everything

Very comfortable, clean and within easy walking distance to downtown Estes. Loved being able to hear the river at night. Added bonus of seeing elk and deer on the property!
