Our properties are all located right in Downtown Estes Park! This includes our private parking lot just for our guests and you are able to walk to many shops, bars and restaurants. We are just a 15 minute walk to the famous Stanley Hotel, 30 minute walk to the Estes Park Events Center and Fairgrounds, 5 minute walk to the Riverwalk, and about a 10 minute walk to Lake Estes. Estes Park is the Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park and our property is just a 10 minute drive to the park entrance.

Be sure to visit our on site restaurant and bar. Sit back and enjoy a meal on the 2200 square foot rooftop patio with incredible mountain views. Guests to the restaurant do walk through the courtyard and common areas to get to the restaurant. You will experience a certain noise level during their business hours. They close at 8pm on weekdays and close at 10pm on weekends. We have a quiet time policy that starts at 10pm to ensure our guests that we are accommodating enjoy their stay and get well rested.

The place was spacious and very nice. We loved that we could just walk down the block and be in town. It was very convenient. The owner was very nice.

Great location

My family and enjoyed the location and accommodations were great. My only negative would be that the walls were thin. Another guest was not happy about something and my kids heard every word!

Apartment walking distance from everything

Spent 5 days with my wife and adult sons here. It walking distance to Elkhorn Street and all the shops and restaurants there. It is potentially walkable to the Stanley Hotel, but we didn't try due to cold, snowy weather. The place was clean and big enough for us. The bathroom is huge. The walls are a bit thin, and we did hear the neighbor's birthday party as well as the next door Mexican restaurant. It didn't bother us, but be aware. Parking was easy and close. The patio is very nice, but the weather wasn't great for us to use it. Overall it was very nice and we would stay again

Bad listing

The original site showed having air conditioning (it was 95 degrees when we stayed)…it was wrong info, and owner supplied fans but very hot and we couldn’t sleep. Both VRBO and owner said they would get back to me and neither did. That should have warranted a discount on the property . Very disappointed in VRBO and owner. They have since corrected the site and now says no ac.
