Logement bien refait et donnant sur jardin

L’appartement est bien pour 2 voir 3 personnes. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ© ( double vitrage, climatisation, lave linge,
) et trĂšs bien placĂ©. Pas besoin de la voiture pour les courses, la plage et les restaurants. Il faudrait juste changer les tables basses qui sont bien fatiguĂ©es et l’étend Ă  linge car il est vraiment tout petit!! Impossible d’étendre 2 serviettes, c’est un problĂšme pour un logement au bord de la mer.

HabituĂ© Ă  louer Ă  Porto di mare, j’ai trouvĂ© cet appartement trĂšs bien (bien situĂ© avec peu de vis Ă  vis, bien climatisĂ©, bien Ă©quipĂ©, calme). Mais pour qu’il soit encore mieux, je vous suggĂšre un parasol pour Ă©viter le petit dĂ©jeuner en plein soleil et un rideau occultant pour la chambre. Si on devait mettre une note , je donnerai un 8,5/10.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©, spacieux, bien Ă©quipĂ©, sĂ©curisĂ© et bien orientĂ© . Tout Ă©tait propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. La machine Ă  laver et le lave vaisselle sont vraiment un plus. Par contre, insonorisation moyenne, nos voisins Ă©taient bruyants et un chien aboyait la nuit. Nous n’avons pas pu nous servir du barbecue, il manquait le support pour la grille.
