Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Superpool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa La Bastide Rose sehr genossen. Die KĂŒche ist sehr sehr gut ausgerĂŒstet, nur der Toaster fehlte. Es gibt sogar einen elekrischen Tischgrill. Alles war sehr sauber und tipptopp vorbereitet. Das Einzige Manko zumindest fĂŒr uns, waren die fehlenden SchattenplĂ€tze am Pool. Es hatte keine Sonnenschirme. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Gegend. Der Garten ist eingezĂ€unt - aber unser Chihuahua hat natĂŒrlich trotzdem ein Schlupfloch gefunden.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist gepflegt, in gutem Zustand und sauber. Die Lage auf dem HĂŒgel 4km vom nĂ€chsten Strand und dem Zentrum ist gut, man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto. Die KĂŒche ist ĂŒberkomplett. Leider waren die Betten fĂŒr uns etwas zu weich. Sollte jemand einen empfindlichen RĂŒcken haben, dann ist das ein klarer Minuspunkt. Preis/Leistung ist angemessen. Auch der Ort an sich hat Charme. Dir Organisation von Interchalet hat wie gewohnt topp geklappt.

Bastide Rose

Das Haus ist sehr schön und direkt am Golfplatz gelegen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist top eingerichtet, in der KĂŒche findet man einfach alles. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Terrasse und WaschkĂŒche waren nicht gereinigt (Staub, Spinnweben, BlĂ€tter, schmutzige Tische). Innen dagegen war alles sehr sauber.

Prachtig Frans huis

La Bastide Rose is een heel mooi statig Frans huis. De inrichting is smaakvol. Het zwembad is er mooi en ligt beschut op het perceel. De keuken heeft werkelijk alles, van een mixer, ijsklontjesmachine en blender tot gourmetset. Er is een prachtige tuin bij en een mooi uitzicht. Hier en daar is het huis wat verouderd. Douche en spoelknoppen bv. Verder is er geen nespressoapparaat

Belle villégiature, gare aux moustiques !

La villa est trĂšs bien localisĂ©e, mĂȘme si un peu excentrĂ©e du centre ville (11 mn en voiture). Le calme est au rendez-vous, l’environnement est magnifique. Piscine propre avec un jardin bien entretenu. Il faudrait, pour que le sĂ©jour soit agrĂ©able, procĂ©der au remplacement de la plaque de cuisson, poser des moustiquaires partout (plus de 40 piqures par personne en 4 jours) et surtout installer une climatisation (pour correspondre aux 4 Ă©toiles) !!! Disposer du code de l’alarme serait un plus pour Ă©viter de mauvaises surprises. Sainte maxime est vraiment une ville agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. Le personnel d’interhome est disponible et bienveillant. Interventions rapides en cas de problĂšme technique.
