Je suis désolée de voir votre déception.
Dans le contrat que vous avez signé, il y avait l'inventaire et le descriptif du réfrigérateur de 118 L avec un petit compartiment de congélation. Effectivement, nous avons oublié de changer une photo. Nous la changerons très prochainement.
Je suis très surprise par votre commentaire, car nous aussi, nous avons eu l'impression que vous nous avez raccroché au nez. Nous avons eu le même sentiment que vous !
Nous avons aussi été surpris de votre demande de TV à chaque chambre, et d'autres demandes ne correspondant pas à notre pavillon, toilettes séparées....
Nous avons établi un contrat avec le descriptif détaillé de chaque pièce, en m2, et tous les équipements inclus pour que toute personne puisse posément lire tous les détails. Ce contrat, vous l'avez signé.
Nous n'aimons pas que nos vacanciers soient surpris à l'arrivée. Vous le recevez dès votre demande de réservation. Et je vous demande de bien le lire et de le signer. Ce processus vous permet de revenir sur votre réservation dès le début sans frais.
Pour la propreté, la personne qui vous a accueilli (en notre absence) me fait un point des entrées et des sorties. La propreté est un des points les plus importants pour la satisfaction de nos locataires saisonniers. Aucun soucis ne m'a été signalée entre la sortie des précédents et le point avant votre entrée. Malgré tout, nous ferons encore plus attention à l'avenir, d'autant plus que le ménage doit être fait par les vacanciers, sinon ce sont supplémentaires pour faire réaliser le ménage par une société externe

Séjour entre terre et mer.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans un gîte équipé de tout le nécessaire à notre type de vacances. Nous avons apprécié l'accès facile à pied à la plage. La saison estivale n'étant pas encore lancée, la résidence était très calme et la circulation facile. Saint-Pierre la mer est une station familiale très agréable et très bien située. Le massif de la Clape que nous ne connaissions pas est magnifique. Il y a de nombreuses ballades à faire en partant du gîte ou facilement accessibles en voiture et qui permettent d'alterner plage, forêt, guarrigue ou étangs. Des guides sont à disposition dans le gîte.

Funktionale Unterkunft in guter Lage
Die Unterkunft war mit der Beschreibung in der Anzeige nur schwer zu finden. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar fußläufig zum Meer und sauber. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und Frau Milan war sehr freundlich. Die Lampen am Bett zum abendlichen Lesen sind punktgenau super.
Teilweise fanden laute Gartenarbeiten morgens ab 8.00 Uhr in der Nachbarschaft statt. Leider war von den zwei Terrassen nur eine, mit Blick auf den Parkplatz, nutzbar. Auf der andere Terrasse stehen Maulbeerbäume von denen klebrige Früchte herabfallen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher spartanisch (abgesehen von 3 verschiedenen Kaffemaschinen, Spühl- und Waschmaschine). Es ist u.a. kein Ofen (lediglich Mikrowelle mit Ofenfunktion), kein Schneidebrett, scharfes Messer, keine Weingläser, Tischedecke vorhanden. Einige Gläser und Teller waren angestoßen. Die Decke in der oberen Etage ist sehr niedrig und die Kopfanstoßgefahr groß. Das TV ist ausschließlich via Internet zu nutzen. Das WLAN funktioniert bestens.

Hallo. Wir sind nicht verantwortlich für gelegentliche Geräusche in der Nähe unserer Gartenlaube. Für die Küchenausstattung gibt es ein Schneidebrett, aber a priori hat man es nicht gefunden. Es gab große Messer, scharf wie Messer. Um unsere Kunden zufrieden zu stellen, haben wir uns jedoch für Steakmesser entschieden. Für Gläser gibt es genügend Gläser, um Wein und Wasser zu trinken

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus. Es ist recht klein hat aber alles was man braucht. Der Strand ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, Geschäfte etc sind in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
