Vue jolie ,appartement passable

L'appartement à un canapé lit confortable. La trÚs petite chambre est équipée de deux lits gigognes assez étroits convenant plus à des enfants qu'à des adultes. La douche débordait à chaque douche car l'évacuation était trÚs trÚs lente. La petite terrasse est agréable avec la vue sur la lagune. On est à 20 mÚtres de la petite plage,à proximité du port. TrÚs jolie promenade le long de la mer.

Le prix est en adéquation avec l'appartement. Point négatif : les lits, pas du tout confortables et manque de place pour ranger les affaires. Point positif : 100m de l'étang du Grazel, trÚs proche des commerces et le soir beaucoup d'animations.

Studio vĂ©tuste et sale , certes l’emplacement est plutĂŽt sympa , accĂšs direct Ă  la plage depuis la rĂ©sidence et un grand parking , mais le studio n’est pas entretenu, barriĂšre du balcon qui manque de lĂącher, prises de courant qui ne tiennent plus , Ă©tagĂšres de placards cassĂ©es, poignĂ©es de meuble arrachĂ©es.....forfait mĂ©nage inclus dans le prix ???? J’ai nettoyĂ© et dĂ©sinfectĂ© pendant 1h30 Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Assez déçus....

Logement vétuste !

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé , balcon et vue plutot agréable. Logement sale a notre arrivée (sable un peu partout ) salle de bain immonde ( moisie + sable + odeur de wc publique) ,douche bouchée . Dommage !
