Everything was easy with our process and Joe over communicated everything with us for arrival and check in. The room was perfect for what we were looking for (including the complimentary coffee for our mornings) and had an amazing sunrise view and we loved the sound of the waves crashing into the rocks below us. Wi-Fi was provided so I was able to stay on top of my work while I was there as well. I highly recommend this location if you are saying on the east side of Big Island.

The room was as described. Very cute. It is an excellent place for a couple visiting black sand beach or the volcano. The neighborhood is safe. A short walk to an adorable historic park.

View was great. Was a bit small given that we hadn’t planned to spend as much time there but when the volcano park was closed due to hurricane plans changed. Very close to ocean and with sliding door closed couldn’t hear it. There is a fridge and microwave but no stove .. missed that when reading unit info. Happy overall.

Enjoyed the room for 2 nights, great location on the shoreline. The neighborhood was clean and safe, local restaurants within 15 minutes drive. Wonderful walking area with peaceful ocean waves. We found a bee keeper nearby and an organic farm for excursions. Thanks for the hospitality!

Awesome! We drove from Kona north to the valley then Hilo and stayed here before we went Volcano National Park. Great view of the ocean and start of the sunrise. Clean little small room with a bathroom. Great place to stay if you need a comfortable place to sleep and shower to take off on the next adventure.

It’s exactly as advertised. It’s not a huge space…but it has everything you need and you can “almost” feel the spray when waves crash. Very comfortable bed!!

This was a perfect place to crash! Note, this studio is very small but comfy/cozy. There is only one small sink shared between the kitchenette and bathroom. The neighborhood is very nice and it’s a quiet retreat. We lived sitting on the patio listening to the ocean!

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful stay. We loved watching and hearing the waves. We enjoyed our breakfast out on the balcony each morning, watching for sea turtles. Would recommend this location.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We mostly were here just to sleep but the view - wow! - an amazing way to start and end each day, with sounds of the waves crashing. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!!

We had an amazing stay at your cute little apartment, the accommodations were perfect. It was clean. It was an amazing way to sleep and listen to the waves all night. We went into town and seen some crazy hippies trying to play music that was funny as hell next time we’re here we’re definitely saying hello.

Quick trip

Stayed for 2 nights and thought the place was darling. We explored during the day and were able to sit on the deck listening to the waves in the evening. It was nice to wake up and look at the ocean in the morning.
