Only five miles from the pristine white sands of Bradenton Beach and just minutes from Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island, this location is ideal for those looking to experience all that the Bradenton, Sarasota, and Lakewood Ranch areas have to offer.

Enjoy a relaxing stroll to GT Bray Park, where you can let the kids play or enjoy the outdoors! GT Bray offers a skate park, multiple playgrounds, a water park, soccer fields, baseball fields, pickleball courts, frisbee golf, a dog park as well as basketball.

As you walk into this bright and airy home, you'll notice the elegant finishes and open floor plan, perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. The fully stocked kitchen makes preparing your favorite meals a breeze, and the dining table and kitchen bar area offer ample space for hosting the entire family. Enjoy cooking on the grill? Wonderful Place!

We had such an amazing stay while at this property! It was close to other family, the beaches, and to other stores/restaurants. Communication with property managers was fantastic and punctual, and very very friendly.

Cape Vista Oasis

The home and location are perfect! It was like a home away from home. We loved the backyard oasis, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring the town and beaches! Our family will definitely be rebooking. It was clean and inviting and the property manager was excellent at communicating.

Lovely Home Unfortunate Pool

The home was lovely and lived up to our expectations however, the pool was lackluster and a disappointment being that was the reason we booked our stay. We believe it was dirty and needed a new filter but otherwise we enjoyed our time.

Lovely Property

We had an amazing time. The place is so comfortable and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. The location was perfect! We have family there and it was in the perfect location to west Bradenton AND Sarasota family. Anchor Down is there for you whenever you need them. They answer you with any question right away! They are awesome, this company and house is a keeper for us.( our dog loved it there too 😊 We will be renting from them again.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfortable- all nectar beds. The back yard was nice and the pool was perfect for our kids. Since there is no gate, you definitely have to watch your kids. They loved it though. The house had everything we needed and was well equipped with beach gear (chairs, sand bucket, boogie board, chairs, umbrella, cool bags, coolers, etc.) The neighborhood wasn’t really fancy, but it was quiet and we had no issues. This is located very close to Walmart, which was convenient (especially if you put in a pickup order the day before you come in!) The management company (anchor down rentals) was great about communicating. We didn’t have any issues that needed addressed, but I’m sure they would have been great based on our other interactions. We’re glad we stayed here and would stay again!

Getaway

Travel to sarasota and Tampa frequently and decided to stay in Bradenton. We were going to bring our goldendoodle with however other plans came up and we didn’t. This is pertinent because the outside area is not ok for dogs. No real grass or shade and the turf is too hot for their pads. Glad we didn’t bring him. That is ok though because we had a good time and had some concerns met promptly by the property manager. Only recommendation is to have staff blow off the patio before arrival as there was debris around the patio furniture. For the price and location this was a nice stay and the pool area/interior really are beautiful. Thank you for the stay.

Beautiful days in Bradenton

Wir hatten schöne, erholsame Tage in Bradenton und Umgebung; das Haus ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen: die Outdoor Möbel waren fleckig und teilweise gebrochen, Schrankleisten lose, nur 4 Frühstücksteller für eine max. Belegung von 6 Personen, die Klimaanlage muckte teilweise- aber: ein großes Loblied an die betreuende Agentur, die ausgesprochen schnell, geduldig und großzügig agiert hat und uns bei allen Anfragen toll unterstützt hat! Somit hatten wir trotz kleinerer Macken eine fantastische Zeit!

Great beach house

This was a great home to stay in for our week long family vacation at the beach. The VRBO post was very accurate and pics were a great way to see the home before booking our stay. The Property Manager made herself very available and responded quickly to the few questions at check in. The open layout was great for a family with kids. The kitchen was fantastic and had all the basics we needed. The washer/dryer set up with laundry baskets in every room was a game changer! It was so convenient and made my life easy to keep up with all the laundry and towels. We used the pool after each beach day, and the kids loved it. The backyard was pretty buggy which made it tough to use the outdoor lounge area (too bad bc it was so nice!), but without a screened in pool area, it would be tough to keep the bugs away. All in all, it’s a great vacation house and we would definitely come back!

Love this place!

It was exactly what was shown in the pictures. I can't say enough about the property manager, she was always accessible and prompt to answer any questions. The pool was amazing, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again, we all enjoyed it immensely!

Beautiful place to stay

We have stayed at dozens of VRBO’s and this one is a keeper - definitely in our top 3. I’m a stickler to cleanliness...this home was spotless. Great set up with master on one side of the house and other 2 bedrooms on the other side. Had all the items we needed. One suggestion is to have basic spices available (salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray etc. ). Favorite part hands down was the back yard. Felt like our own little resort. Pool was amazing. Landscaping was gorgeous. Spent most of our time out there. Thank you for sharing your home - we will definitely be back!!
