2 bedroom and 2 bath Condo
Wonderful residential community with (Facilities) - 2 incredible 18 holes golf course, 8 tennis sand courts (pro), 4 pickleball courts (club), 2 boccii pits, full workout gym, spa and a massive, heated community pool with waterfall and jacuzzi. The golf courses have driving range and practice facilities.
25 minutes from Siesta Key beach, 10 minutes from shopping center and 10 minutes from Costco. This second-floor condo has all the supplies that you need to you to thoroughly enjoy your stay.
All tile floors throughout (no carpet) and the condo was freshly repainted from top to bottom.
Pet option needs to be discussed. NOTE: Due to allergies, cats are NOT an option.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Ownership Transfer fee IS OPTIONAL - if you want and need to use the LWN facilities. This transfer fee is $600 plus tax for the duration of your stay. This fee will be paid by YOU directly to the community, at the time of check-in
IF you choose this option. It does NOT apply to you if you are not using the facilities.

Perfect Stay

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful Lakewood National condo. The home was very clean and well stocked to get our trip started. The neighborhood and club amenities were beautiful, including the resort style pool, gym, golf, and even a satellite pool right near the condo. Kevin was extremely helpful to work with, answering all our questions, and checking in with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay in a top tier golf community

Very nice clean unit on the 11th hole on one the best courses in SW Florida. Unit was quiet, well furnished and amenities at Lakewood National are top notch. The owner took care of an issue with the fridge right away.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. Upon arrival it was very clean and ready to move in. The owner was always available and willing to help with any problems.We loved the location and in particular the view of the lake and golf course from the screened patio. We took advantage of the main pool and Tiki bar, fitness center as well as the smaller pool right down the way from our condo. Overall a great place at a reasonable price

Great Condo, Location and Owner!

Kevin is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and checked in via email occasionally to make sure we were doing ok.The condo was filled with everything we needed for the month we stayed. Condo was cozy feeling and a beautiful location.

Lakewood national

Everything about this property was as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Owner was very attentive and was readily available for all questions. Bit of a hike to the main clubhouse so we usually drove or biked over. Great main pool area with handy restaurant for food and beverages. Well appointed gym as well that we used most days along with 4 pickleball courts across the road. Kevin is a great host and it was a joy to spend our 4 weeks there.

November in Paradise

We had an amazing stay at Kevin and Sally’s condo. The place is very clean, cozy and is well equipped with everything you need. The Lakewood National community is very friendly and the golf courses are top notch. We also enjoyed the pools, hot tub, gym and learning to play pickle ball. We just loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise and watching the birds, gators and golfers from the screened in balcony. Very entertaining 😀 Kevin and Sally were great hosts and made sure to keep in touch during our stay. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back next year.

Perfect Stay at the Lakewood National

Our recent stay at the condo within Lakewood National was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The condo itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could wish for. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living area was spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms provided a peaceful retreat with nice cozy beds. The resort's location was ideal—offering stunning views on the Golf Course, easy access to local restaurants en shopping centers. The on-site facilities were top-notch, including a pristine pool area, fitness center, well-maintained grounds, and friendly staff. What truly stood out was the attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this condo at the Lakewood National Resort is the perfect base. We can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning! I/We want you to enjoy our condo as we do. It's meant to be comfortable and feel like home. I love to get up just before sunset and watch from my Lanai. The birds start to arrive at the lake's edge. Fred the alligator usually swims by each day and can often be seen sunbathing on the shore. Watching the golfers approach the green on Hole 12 of the Commander course is always fun! Perfect start to the day!

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy in Lakewood National because we enjoyed the two championship golf courses. Commander and Piper. This is not a resort! Its actually a residential community with families living here and snowbirds with a 50/50 mix. The people that we have met here are very welcoming! Golf, Pickleball. grand pool area, weekly Texas Hold'm, Tennis and Tiki Bar, ALL give it a resort feel with a community environment. Perfect!

Not 1 but 2 Spectacular Golf courses. The Corn Ferry Tour plays a tournament here each year!
