LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
The apartment is composed of a living room with a lounge area, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, etc.) This room opens onto the 13m2 balcony facing west.

DOUBLE ROOMS:
You will find a parental suite with a 160x200 bed with shower room as well as a double bedroom with a 180x200 bed made up of twin beds, both facing West.

SLEEPING CORNERS AND DORMITORIES:
A sleeping area (blind) offers a bunk bed with 2 beds 90x200 (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).

BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOM et WC:
Finally, you will have at your disposal a second bathroom and a separate toilet.

The layout of the apartment makes it ideal for accommodating two families or a group of friends (up to 6 people).

On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer and one parking space in the closed basement of the residence.
