Très bien
Jolie appartement spacieux situé dans le vieux Nice, un quartier très vivant. Très bonne situation géographique. Commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble; plage à 300 m. Je relouerai cette appartement si je devais retourner à Nice.

Négatif - canapé (clic clac) très inconfortable ainsi que les 2 fauteuils - wifi payante - pas de housse de couette mais 2 draps sachant que les couettes ne sont pas très clean. Positif: - logement bien situé - logement bien équipé

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
Das Objekt ist dunkel, die Einrichtung ist unbequem und bis auf die Kūche uralt und abgewohnt. Das Appartement ist aufgrund
der Lage vor einem Restaurant und einer Bar so laut, dass man nachts nicht schlafen kann. Es gibt kein Internet, man muss es für viel Geld zubuchen und es funktioniert nicht, was niemanden interessiert, wir haben keinerlei Hilfe erhalten.
Der Service von Interhome ist absolut schlecht, das Personal unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Das Objekt ist keinesfalls zu empfehlen.

Mørk, kedelig og slidt lejlighed, med moderniseret bad som positivt islæt. Sparsomt udstyret, gamle udslidte senge. Støj fra den gamle bys små gader kan accepteres, men man burde have gjort opmærksom på de 2 restauranter med udendørs servering under vinduerne. Den omtalte elevator, fungerede ikke 5 ud af 7 dage. Alt i alt en for dyr lejlighed, men beliggenheden er fin til alle tilbud. Fri internetadgang mangler- stor ekstraomkostning for wi-fi.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, stor og rummelig lejlighed. Eneste minus er sengene.
Lejligheden ligger perfekt, midt i den gamle bydel.. meget hjælpsomt personale ved nøgleudlevering.. sengene kunne dog godt trænge til en opgradering.. alt i alt et dejligt ophold, kan virkelig anbefales..

Charmerende beliggenhed i den gamle by. Man får aftenstemningen i gaden med til afrenhyggen. Tæt på cafeer, restauranter og forretninger.

God og rummelig lejlighed smukt beliggende i den gamle bydel i en smal gade med små gallerier.
En rar og hyggelig ferielejlighed der havde de ting der var brug for i køkkenet og i stuen. Vi fandt lejligheden ren og pæn og den svarede stor set til det indtryk vi havde fået fra annoncen. Forretningerne lå tæt omkring os og der var kun få meter hen til det lille fisketorv hvor vi fandt en lille bager med kager og kaffe og så det bedste flute man kunne tænke sig. Beliggenhed var virkelig fin og vil man bo i den gamle bydel kan denne lejlighed anbefales. Dog var der en del støj om natten i det soveværelse, der vendte ud mod gaden. I det andet soveværelse, der vendte ud mod en rolig gård, var der heldigvis ingen problemer med støj, men de to senge havde for dårlige og for tynde madrasser.
