Le Magda – T2 lumineux entre centre & commerces

Cocoonr is offering to let this charming, fully renovated 60 m² flat on the first floor of a small stone building in the Madeleine district of Vannes. Ideally located close to all amenities, this flat is the perfect base for exploring Vannes and the surrounding area.

The accommodation comprises
- A bright living room with a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a coffee table and a TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc.
- A double bedroom with a double bed and dressing area.
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin, accessible from the bedroom.
- A separate WC.

Please note If you are planning a stay with family or friends, it is possible to accommodate two extra people by also booking ‘La Madeleine’, a second flat on the same floor. This accommodation, designed for two people, is the ideal complement for a group stay while retaining your independence.

Neighbourhood:
- The accommodation is ideally located in the Madeleine district with all amenities within walking distance. There is a supermarket less than 150 m away and a large supermarket and shopping centre 6 minutes away by car.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the street, which is completely free.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF station, a 10-minute walk away.
- Nearest airport: 1h15 Nantes Atlantique

For the well-being and peace of mind of all occupants, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the premises and to observe the following rules:

Autonomous arrival possible at the manager's choice.: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located approximately 2 km by car or 750 m on foot from the accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: This launderette closes at 9pm but is open 24 hours a day for our guests.

A comfortable property in a good location

This property is a 20 minutes walk from the centre of Vannes. A regular bus to the centre stops 2 minutes walk from the property. The bus service finishes early in the evening so you should be prepared to walk back after dinner. Vannes is a great centre for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan, a nature park with many boating, cycling and walking activities readily available. The town is also interesting with old cobbled streets and a wall around much of the town. Most tourists seemed to be French when we visited in September and sometimes there was no one who could speak English (very good for practising French).

The layout is very slightly unfortunate in that the separate toilet has no wash basin so you have to go through to the bedroom ensuite to wash your hands. (There is no toilet in the ensuite). Easily walkable into the beautiful town of Vannes. Quiet and airy. Easy parking outside. Location gives easy access to town and also to road network to visit other places. We would stay here again."

Situé à une douzaine de minutes à pied du centre historique et à 3 minutes en voitures de la zone commerciale. A proximité, se trouvent une boucherie et une boulangerie. Parking gratuit au pied du logement, libre à toute heure. 🙁 La literie est de mauvaise qualité et la chambre est situé côté rue, deux facteurs importants qui nous ont emêpchés de dormir sereinement tout au long de notre séjour."

LE MAGDA Hôte très réactif, ponctuel et accueillant. Le logement est très lumineux, spacieux et situé dans une belle bâtisse ancienne. Propreté irréprochable. La pièce de vie est très agréable et donne sur le jardin. La chambre, quant à elle, est orientée sur l'avenue donc un peu plus bruyante. Le stationnement est facile et gratuit à proximité. En bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour. A recommander.
