About this property

Studio 310 w. balcony 1 block from Ft L. beach.

Studio 310 on Little Paris Hotel is perfect for a couple on a get-away.
Nice private balcony facing south with view to the Inter coastal and partly in direction of the beach as well.
The studio has a nice queen size bed with a good mattress, high top table and chairs for dining, nice kitchenette with counter top cooktop, fridge with freezer, micro oven, coffee maker and toaster.
Bathroom with bathtub. The bathroom is the original old style and is in good condition - considering the age.

You get your private studio with private bathroom. Private entrance and private balcony.
Shared outside patio and courtyard.

Shared patio and courtyard. Coin operated washer and dryer.

I live in the area and will be reachable by phone or Airbnb app. Mainly during daytime 8am-6pm, but in urgent case I try to be available 24/7.

Perfect neighborhood. Prime location at Fort Lauderdale beach. 1 block from beach, bars and restaurants.

Parking all around the beach is paid parking so enjoy the free parking at Little Paris Hotel.
Uber and Lyft are always only a few minutes away.
Approximately 15-20$ to the airport. Less to Port Everglades.
Water Taxi stop just 100 feet away.

This is not a party house.
No smoking inside.
Smoke outside at designated areas.
No outside noise from 10pm to 8am.
Parking on the premises.

And a little side note. The tap water here in Florida/Broward has a little brown color. If you fill up a bathtub etc. you will see a slight color change. I just mention it as a few guests has commented it during their stay

Ok. Best part is a good location

Need hand rails for steep stairway Need 2 comfortable chairs (the existing ones are very uncomfortable. Air conditioner is very noisy Cabinet door opens right into your face. Needs to hinge from right Need to have written directions on how to operate the TV There are a few other minor complaints. It wouldn’t take a lot for this to be a very nice facility.
