Studio 307 Little Paris 1 block from the beach.

Studio 307 on Little Paris Hotel is perfect for a couple on a get-away.
Is located on ground floor next to your private parking spot.
The studio has a nice queen size bed with a good mattress, high top table and chairs for dining, little kitchenette with counter top cooktop, fridge with freezer, micro oven, coffee maker and toaster.
Bathroom with big shower. The bathroom is the original old style and is in good condition - considering the age.

You get your private studio with private bathroom. Private entrance.
Shared outside patio and courtyard.

Shared patio and courtyard. Coin operated washer and dryer.

I live in the area and will be reachable by phone or Airbnb app. Mainly during daytime 8am-6pm, but in urgent case I try to be available 24/7.

Perfect neighborhood. Prime location at Fort Lauderdale beach. 1 block from beach, bars and restaurants.

Parking all around the beach is paid parking so enjoy the free parking at Little Paris Hotel.
Uber and Lyft are always only a few minutes away.
Approximately 15-20$ to the airport. Less to Port Everglades.
Water Taxi stop just 100 feet away.

This is not a party house.
No smoking inside.
Smoke outside at designated areas.
No outside noise from 10pm to 8am.
Parking on the premises.

The studio has a window mounted AC and you can switch it on and off as you like. If you set it on low fan it is not as noisy.

The property was a block or two away from the beach, which was incredibly convenient, especially because I had a car and there was parking available. The host handled a couple of problems for me and was helpful. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Great location

Loved that we were one block from the beach and the beach walkway. Just a few blocks from great restaurants and a 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive to Publix. The studio appartment was great. It was on the second level walk up. We have a big Ford pickup truck and parking was just fine in the grass lot behind the building. The appartment had a coffee maker, a microwave, mini fridge, and plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery. Also a hot plate, frying pan and sauce pan. Only thing missing was a tea kettle. But we made do by boiling water in the sauce pan on the hot plate. Great week spent here, would definitely go back. The owner Liza was great for communication.

Great spot on Ft. Lauderdale Beach

Great place for two just one block from beach. Studio is very clean and has all the amenities you would need for your stay including beach towels and chairs. Walking distance to all Ft. Lauderdale strip restaurants and bars and water taxi. 5 star recommendation.

Perfect weekend stay
