About this property

Gite Lou Cagnard in the heart of the gorges of Ardeche.

Completely renovated and available for booking since June 11, 2019, our cottage is located in the center of the typical Ardéchois village of St Alban Auriolles.
Close to all amenities you can walk to the bakery, supermarket, tobacco bar, post office and enjoy the market on Monday throughout the year.
10 minutes from Ruoms you are also close to major tourist sites: Cavern bridge (Chauvet 2), Vogue, Labeaume, Ballazuc, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Les Vans ....
You can also access the 3 rivers that surround us for swimming: 15 minutes walk from Chassezac, 10 minutes by car from the Ardèche or La Beaume (Peyroche beach).
Our cottage is equipped to accommodate 6 people with 3 bedrooms (2 beds of 160 and 2 bunk beds of 90), a bathroom with an Italian shower and a separate toilet, all of full feet.
A fully enclosed garden, you will enjoy the outdoors and its facilities to relax.
Equipment: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, television, wifi, barbecue.
Nearby leisure: 25 kms of greenway, arranged for family walk or cycling (from Grospierres to Vogüé), hiking, canoeing, swimming, horseback riding, caves, museums, caving, fishing, mountain biking ... ..

Nice Gite. Clean and good facilities. Fantastic for 2-4 persons. Very well located in the region. Communication with VRBO, for example about the linen and how to get the keys was nog good enough/unclear.

L'endroit est idéal pour des vacances, à proximité du Pont d'arc, des gorges et de la grotte Chauvet. Le logement est propre, spacieux, bien équipé et accessible. Situé à l'entrée du bourg du village, un grand parking gratuit se trouve à quelques dizaines de mètres. Les hôtes sont disponibles, à l'écoute et adorables.

Vacances en famille à 6. Maison très bien rénovée et aménagée, bien confortable avec 3 chambres et clim. dans la pièce principale. Hôte pro. et serviable (qui a mis notre remorque chez elle), gîte super bien situé pour visiter les merveilles de la région... Bref, que du bonheur !

Nous recommandons ce Gîte. Que vous pouvez louer les ( YEUX FERMÉS ) .Tout est au TOP . Delpuine est une charmante Personne , très bon Accueil à tout point . Un Gîte NIKEL ou il ne manque rien , très belle prestation .il y a longtemps que nous n'avions trouvé un gîte avec une telle prestation. Merci Mme Delphine Rostaing. Schöne Wohnung mit Garten mitten im Ort

Wir haben einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt kurzfristig gebucht als wir auf dem Rückweg von Südfrankreich waren. Die Kommunikation mit Delphine war sehr angenehm, sie hat sich auch beim check in sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend gezeigt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe und mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Sabine und Stephan

Einfach schön

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles ist so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Haus liegt im Ort, parken kann man bequem ein paar Häuser entfernt am Ortsrand auf einem großen Parkplatz, auf dem es immer reichlich freie Parkplätze gab. Man kann morgens zu Fuß frische Croissants zum Frühstück holen und in der Morgensonne auf der Terrasse genießen. Am Abend kann man im Schatten den Hauses gemütlich draußen sitzen und grillen. Die Ausflugsziele der Ardèche sind prima zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei Delphine für einen sehr gelungenen Urlaub.

Très beau gîte situé dans un petit village typique ardechois

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par Delphine la propriétaire le gîte est parfait très fonctionnel et très bien équipé il ne manque rien il est situé dans un petit village qui est charmant et calme avec boulangerie,supérette,boucherie et une très bonne pizzeria.St Alban est entouré de jolis petits villages.Nous avons passé une superbe semaine.
