A Few Issues

No hot water the first day, Problems with door locks.

Thank you for writing a review. Just want to addressed the two issues that you wrote about first of all about hot water water never changes it’s always the same. You are in an older building and you’re at bottom of three stories. You have to let the water run a little longer than normal and that’s why you felt there was a problem the first day and then afterwards it wasn’t you probably left one longer. The can be sometimes too hot . The other issue is with the door lock yes older building. Sometimes the door can get a little sticky but you were able to get in and out with no issues. All I can do is apologize for these two things to not make your stay perfect I did not hear from you about them. Why are you were staying here so I was not able to address them I do write in my listing that if you have any problems always contact me I did not hear from you so I was unable to do anything about them. I hope you made it safe trip home and next time you’re in town you will come and stay with us again .
