You can easily walk to the Cove, beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping areas, museums, and more. It's just one block from Girard Ave and two blocks to Prospect, allowing you to enjoy your private retreat amid all the vibrant activities. The space: This lovely area is ideal for gatherings with family and friends. It comes equipped with everything you need to unwind and feel at home. Guest access: The property is designed in a U shape, featuring a lovely patio and garden at the center, with two master suites located on either side. Other things to note: ***During peak seasons and holidays, we have a 7-night minimum stay requirement. High Season: June 14 - September 5, December 15 - January 7 Holidays: Thanksgiving week ***We prefer to avoid check-ins or check-outs on: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day—this helps ensure our staff can enjoy the holidays as well.

Our family had a blast in this cottage. A perfect home base for our San Diego adventures! Clean, cute, spacious, and with everything we needed to make our stay fun & easy. Thank you!!
The house was in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go within La Jolla. It was spacious enough to accomodate our two families. The one suggestion I would have to the put blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
This house is so clean and comfortable! It’s located in between 2 dentist offices so it’s super quiet at night and on the weekends. If the restaurants had been open for dine-in, it would have been the best location to walk to so many great places. Even with the current restrictions, we were able to get takeout from places nearby.
The beds were super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and some meals. Overall a very nice place to stay!
Pros: Great location. Clean modern house in fantastic location. Beds are comfortable. Modern laundry. Clean hot tub with towels. Cons: Checkin was needlessly stressful. Just let renters know that code will be texted at 4 pm day of check in. We flew across the country not knowing how or when we could access the property. Kitchen could use some upgrades - missing measuring cups, potholders, working vegetable peeler, good pans, a sharp knife. Really challenging to make a nice dinner for family. Trash disposal was requires walking behind a fence through a neighbor’s plantings. Property would benefit from a binder with access codes, WiFi codes, grocery store address, recommended restaurants, attractions. Overall as good vacation, but with a few small tweaks could be excellent.
This property is in an amazing location - easy walking to the coast, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Very nice grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 4. We had one issue that required a repair and management was very responsive. Only caveat - the spa maintenance person comes once a week and the only access to the spa is through the house. Fortunately we were at home both times but I wasn't thrilled with the idea that someone could be coming in the house while I wasn't home or in the shower. Might have felt differently if I'd known in advance.
