I’ve been taking golf trips to BV for almost 35 years. This property is one of the best I’ve stayed in. It’s easily accessible to Bentonville. Grocery store and gas station are very close. The property is updated, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of fresh towels, and other necessities. TV’s are smart with casting capabilities and apps for almost any viewing desired. We’ll be planning on staying at this property as long as it’s a VRBO.

The house was clean and spacious with nice furniture. The deck had a wooded view with plenty of seating. The primary bedroom was nicely appointed as was the bath. We were able to park in the garage which was a plus for us. The host was very attentive and responded quickly whenever we reached out to him. Great place to stay!

The house is lovely. A very nice rental. Everything was as described. The beds were comfortable. The game room was great and we had everything we needed. I asked the owner if there was a crock pot there before we arrived and they said no but they were always looking for ways to make their guest experience better so they brought a crock pot for us to use. Great customer service, went above and beyond what was expected. We will definitely stay there again if in the area and would recommend to anyone.

The stay here was great! No issues with check in or check out. Clean. Stocked kitchen. Convenient location for biking. Beds and linens were fine. Open concept living and kitchen area is very nice for spending time with family. I will point out there is a formal dining room as well as breakfast nook area. Overall I would recommend!

This rental was incredible. We traveled to Arkansas with immediate family for our sisters wedding. There were 6 adults. The house was immaculate and well stocked. We had enough room to spread out. The contact with the host was efficient and fast. The only thing we had to ask about during our stay was what was needed to check out. Also, the convenience of the property to lakes, shopping, fast food and Bentonville was great. We would recommend this propert and if we ever were back in the area would stay again.

This was a beautiful house! It was perfect for our family to come and go while we were visiting for a family wedding. We loved all the game options. Everything was well stocked and very clean. It is a beautiful area and so close to mountain biking trails. The host was very responsive.
