Everything was great. The upstairs sofa isn’t a sofa bed as stated but we made do. 10 of us were very comfortable.

Family Beach Trip

We were so pleased with this home!! So clean, spacious and well-stocked with all we needed for cooking on the nights we wanted to stay in! It even had a space my husband used when he needed to do a little work while we traveled. Right around the corner from Boardwalk 2, we had an easy walk to the beach each day.

Seabrook

Enjoyed every minute. Beautiful beach! Amenity card important for pool access/restaurant and tennis. Although there are certain hours blocked off for residents. Understandable!

Thank Jean for the review. We are happy you enjoyed your stay in our little paradise here on Seabrook. Also thrilled you understand the resident member time that allows the owners on island access to the club during the season. Being a community verses a resort we are happy you understand. We look forward to assisting you with your next stay here on island. Have a wonderful summer and we look forward to assisting you with another stay in the future. Take care, Renee @ Coastal

Great beach house

Good house for a large group who want their own space. Layout very good for those who have difficulty with stairs. There are lots of different spaces for dining and entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of storage. Short walk to the beach. When a problem arose the property manager went above and beyond expectations to resolve the issue.
