This recently built, 3 bedroom / 3 level home has every convenience one could want from lakeside cottage décor, local artistic accents, and stylish furniture creating an inviting atmosphere of modern and laid-back elegance.
A spectacular view of Okanagan Lake awaits you and can be enjoyed from the 700sf roof top deck. Savor the view. Sun loungers will relish the long sun filled days and afterwards enjoy a delicious meal upon the outdoor dining area.
The modern quartz kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances and every desirable amenity. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a walk out patio and full ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queenbed, and the third has a bunk with a double on the bottom and single on top. There’s also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Amazing place in a great location!

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pictures don’t tell the whole story, this is a beautiful property only a block from the lake yet very quiet. The private roof top deck with 360 views is not to be missed. Bryce is a fantastic host and we will be back again.

Great rooftop patio and convenient location

Overall, we were happy with everything. Felt there could be more seating in the living room - only one sofa and chair and some guests had to sit on hard kitchen chairs.
