Erholsam mit traumhaftem Blick
Schönes,gepflegtes Objekt.Wir hatten die Wohnung Olivo mit einem traumhaftem Blick von der Terrasse über die Landschaft. Wohnung für 4 Personen groß genug. Für 6/7 Personen wäre sie mir jedoch zu klein. Am Pool wären ein paar mehr Liegen wünschenswert,wenn nur die Hälfte aller möglichen Bewohner der Anlage am Pool verweilen will, wird es schwierig. Supermärkte in ein paar km Entfernung.Viele Ausflüge in näherer Umgebung möglich. Anfahrt über ca. 2km Kies/Naturweg.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen !!!

Huikeat maisemat & mahdollisuus rentoutumiseen
Vietimme Malagrondassa kaksi viikkoa kesäkuussa 2018. Paikka vastasi täydellisesti toiveitamme ja odotuksiamme. Maisemat olivat aivan huikeat, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja huoneistoista pidettiin hyvää huolta. Mahtava paikka!

Oase der Ruhe
Wunderbar erholsam! Die Unterkunft liegt in absoluter Ruhelage, der Ausblick von der Terrasse über Anwesen und Hügellandschaft ist traumhaft. Der freundliche Hausherr xx (arbeitet im Haupthaus, 5 Autominuten entfernt) steht mit Tipps und bei Problemen (falls welche auftreten sollten) sofort und gerne zur Seite. Unbedingt seiner Empfehlung zu einem Essen bei xx in Citta della Pieve nachkommen. (regionale Speisen auf hohen Niveau mit super Service zu echt fairen Preisen, zB Pici Caio e Pepe oder pollo tartufo, ausgezeichnete Weine, Reservierung empfohlen) Der wohl temperierte Pool ist einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. (Der Poolboy erscheint täglich früh am Vormittag zur Reinigung.) Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind in ausreichendem Maß vorhanden. Im Haus sind noch vier weitere Wohnungen. Durch die verschieden gelegenen Eingänge und Terrassen befindet man sich trotzdem in quasi Alleinlage. Auch der Pool war zu unserer Zeit nie überlaufen, da sich mindestens zwei Familien immer auf Ausflug befanden. Die Ausflugsziele Trasimeno See, Perugia, Orvieto, Montepulciano sind mit dem Auto alle gut erreichbar. Auch näher gelegene Ortschaften wie zB Citta della Pieve, Chiusi sind auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert und liegen in Raddistanz. Alles in allem war dies ein absolut gelungener Urlaub mit selten erreichtem Erholungswert. Danke nochmal an die Gastgeber. PS: Das von den Besitzern hergestellte Olivenöl ist auch wunderbar (Ende Oktober/Anfang November können die Gäste laut xx bei der Olivenernte und Verabeitung dabei sein)

Urlaub Umbien2016
Wir waren sehr positiv von dem Haus und der Lage überrascht. Ein kleines Manko ist die Größe der Logia - für die angegebenen möglichen 6 Personen definitiv zu klein. Das kommt auf den Bildern größer rüber. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool top. Ansonsten hat die Beschreibung im Internet alles widergespiegelt, was wir vorgefunden haben.
