About this property

This beautiful canal front home has been completely renovated from top to bottom! This home offers 3 spacious bed rooms with one being an oversized master suite with sitting area and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a king size bed and 55" wall mounted TV. This home comes with 2 and 1/2 baths, one private master bath and one bathroom having two separate sink areas for each of the other two bedrooms and a shared shower. The house also has an indoor laundry area and 1/2 bath. The living room, kitchen and dining area are an open floor plan with plenty of seating at the dining table, the kitchen island, living room or open the wall of sliders to access the Lanai for more space. Spend your time relaxing by the pool/hot tub or underneath the shadows of the waving palms along the canal on the new turfed lawn. Located on a quiet dead end street with easy access to beaches, shopping and fine dining...all within 1 mile. Your are also less than 2 miles from historic downtown Bonita Springs, where you can find artisan shops, an amazing variety of restaurants, along with wine and coffee bars. This rental comes with two bikes that can be used on the miles and miles of bike paths that surround the area, with access right at the end of the street. Also included: beach chairs/towels

Everything we needed….

The house is everything you see online and more. Very clean and inviting. Outdoor porch and big screen TV was a wonderful place to relax and watch sports/Olympics. Owners were amazing and wonderful to work with. Would love to stay here again!!!!!

Fresh, Clean, Excellent Family Rental in Bonita Springs

We were extremely pleased with this rental! The home has an excellent layout with 3 King Size Beds and en-suite bath to the incredibly spacious Master BR and and a jack and Jill to be easily accessed by 2 guest rooms at the other end of the home. It fit our group perfectly. We travelled with friend that had 2 boys. The Lanai is very homey and perfect location in the evening to unwind overlooking a wonderful landscape on the Canal. Beautiful outdoor lighting and layout. The home was fresh and updated in every corner of every room. The house was immaculately clean, functional and stocked with tons of kitchen items. The neighborhood and area has walking/biking trails right out the door making grocery stores and restaurants easily accessible. We made short trip to Lover's Key Beach (remarkable), also nearby if you have a dog is SW Florida's only dog accessible beach. It's clear that the property owner is creating a 5 star experience. We hope to return soon.
