We are putting our house up for seasonal rental.
It is an architect-designed house, built in 1988 with beautiful materials, and renovated in 2022 (new bathroom and kitchen in particular)

The house is divided into 3 levels and the exterior:
• Basement :
Swimming pool area of 70 m² with a 7mx4m swimming pool (1m60 deep) heated all year round between 27/29°C
Numerous water games, slide, goals, 2 aquabikes, ...
The bay windows of the swimming pool overlook a 45m² terrace facing south and sheltered from the wind.
This terrace is equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and a parasol.

• Ground floor:

Please note that the stairs are spiral and difficult to access for people with disabilities

BEFORE LEAVING:
Thanks for :
• Replace the pool cover correctly
• Put used towels in the bathroom and/or pool basket
• Remove sheets and roll them into a ball near the beds
• Put away used clean dishes or run a final dishwasher before leaving
• Take out the trash and put it in the containers provided for this purpose (yellow = recyclable, gray = waste)
• If it is really very dirty, a quick broom or vacuum cleaner is appreciated

You can lock the door, close the gate and leave the keys in the mailbox.
