This wonderful Golf Villas ground floor condo is the perfect spot for some quiet relaxation and to enjoy all that Big Island has to offer. As you step through the front door you can't help but notice the view across the golf course to our beautiful mountain, Mauna Kea right out the lanai slider doors! There is a comfortable elegance here from the crown molding to the tile floors. Designer paint colors add personality to each room and the modern furnishings and decor have a subtle island flair. No surface has been untouched from the quartz countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen, to the glass tile backsplash, updated faucets, and lighting throughout.

The lanai with the big Mauna Kea view is tiled and has a bbq area with a gas grill. This is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the fresh island air while the kids play in the grassy area right outside. The primary suite boasts lovely views, a King bed, TV, a dual-sink vanity, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and has easy access to the additional bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy meals in if you wish, and with WIFI and all the comforts of home, this is a pretty great spot to get a little work done if you must!

There is a one-car garage with two tandem parking spaces in front. Truly, all you need is your suitcase and toothbrush to be comfortable here, as the home has everything you need to move right in! Owners/Guests in the Mauna Lani Resort enjoy access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club.

There is a 4-night minimum stay/10 during Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

Hawaii Vacation Home

We just spent 10 days at this house and our family enjoyed it. We used the community pool daily, and the majority of the time we were the only ones using it. The house is clean, has all the amenities listed.

Three weeks in Golf Villas!

We have been to the Golf Villas many times during the last 20 years or so. We love it there and the wonderful area. The pool is beautiful, as is the beach.
