For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

The property was just beautiful, the electric wall sockets needed attention which was addressed immediately. But the major thing was that the address of the accommodation given, is not the correct one for the taxi drivers!! I’d precooked a return to the airport and the taxi went to the address on the website which is not correct, it cost me another €50!! On top of what I’d paid.

Die Ferienanlage ist sehr schön. Das Haus Erica 21 ist sehr verlassen um die Ecke. Die Einrichtung ist nicht zeitgemäss bzw. abgewohnt. Der Kühlschrank und die Terrassenmöbel sind unserer Meinung überhaupt nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die schlüsselübergabe erfolgte erst nachmittags, obwohl wir mehrfach angefragt wurden, wann wir ankommen. Die Fähre war 7.30 uhr in Olbia angekommen. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, würden aber in Zukunft wieder den ost-westteil der Insel besuchen.

Klein resort mit mehreren Appartements und einen Pool. Mit schönen Aussicht auf Tavolara. Sehr ruhig, gut auch für die Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

piccolo villaggetto nel verde

La struttura è molto ben tenuta e non eccessivamente grande. Per quanto riguarda il mio alloggio E21, è piccolo ma funzionale, siccome è dotato cmq del suo terrazzino che affaccia sul giardino e fa intravedere la tavolara. tutti gli strumenti essenziali ci sono! Manca quel qualcosa in più, come piastre e magari padelle un po' piu voluminose. I letti non sono comodissimi, per il resto tutto perfetto!

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en snel geholpen. De huisjes op het ,bijzonder goed onderhouden terrein , zijn voorzien van alle benodigde gemakken.alles was brandschoon. Met name de tuinen in het complex verdienen een compliment. Goede parkeerplaats op afgesloten terrein. Dichtstbijzijnde strand is op ongeveer 800 mtr, dus prima te lopen. Wij hebben ervan genoten!

Relaxing stay with gorgeous garden

We stayed for one week and had the most wonderful stay. The gardens of the apartments are absolutely gorgeous and upkept everyday. The room was clean, big and had all the amenities we needed. We had a balcony overlooking the garden and sea as well as a private terrace on top of our room with a 360 degree view overlooking Porto san Paolo and the sea. The location is perfect only a few minutes away from the town. The owners gave us the best recommendations and were always helpful. The only thing we were missing was WiFi in the room as it was only available by the pool area and our room was not overlooking the pool
