We Rent our Sea Shell Cottage in the exclusive residence of the Butterflies in Capo Coda Cavallo in San Teodoro, with direct access to the beach of Cala Suaraccia , sandy beach very suitable for children where you can hire small boats and book snorkeling and sub diving tours guided by professionals of the Sub Dive Center Aquarius to visit this beautiful marine park of Tavolara and Molara Islands. In This residence there is also the possibility to have the free entrance to the swimming pool, with a club house with a bar and simple games for children and a tennis court. The house consists of kitchen - living room complete with every comfort for cooking, also dishwasher, washing machine and ceramic glass hob induction, 1 electric oven and 1 microwave oven, 1 kettle, 1 espresso machine, 1 lcd tv SAT with dvd dolby and comfortable sofa. My house has also 1 double bedroom with bathroom of turquoise blue, 1 double bedroom with sliding doors to separate from a living room with 1 LCD TV SAT with DVD and a sofa corner with 2 other beds, for a total of 6 confortable beds and a coral pink bathroom. You can find also 1 covered veranda with barbecue and surrounded by greenery, a small patio with view of the sea and the beach, 1 sun terrace with stunning views of the islands of Tavolara and Molara and the Gulf. It has also a private garden with another small patio and futher down the garden an area quipped with 1 solarium, shower and direct access to the beach of Cala Suaraccia where there are also 1 umbrella and 2 deckchairs Reserved included in the price (from 1st June to 30th September). After every departure our house is cleaned by professional cleaning company with products with a high disinfecting power that ensures maximum hygiene. There is conditioning in all the rooms, Free unlimited Wi-fi and a shaded parking space near the house.

Perfect holiday rental

Really gorgeous place in a wonderful location, pictures don't do it justice. Giovanni was a perfect host who made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely return, our kids (ages 6 and 8) love it, and loved the path to the beach.

I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Excellent in every way. Particular stand-outs for us: close proximity to a great beach with four loungers and an umbrella provided, great outside dining area with bbq, beautiful gardens and view from roof terrace. Super helpful host. Only 30 min drive from Olbia airport.

Great time at a great place

Best holiday house we stayed

This is certainly the best holiday house we have stayed. We felt home quickly due to the details inside and outside. Garden with hidden spots to relax and path to the beach.View from the roof terrace is amazing.In the evening whole garden and terrace is romantically iluminated.Giovanni offers a great service. Area is beautifull and short drive (Punta est, San teodoro, Porto Tarverna,etc).

Charming

Best host ever! The view is amazing although location is a little far away from town for dinner and shops. Having a semi private beach and deck chairs is a massive plus. Bring your own beach towels. I recommend the home made Lasagna from La Bottega Alimentare. And dinner at La Suara Longa.

Beautiful holiday home

We had a great time staying at Giovannis Casa delle Conchiglie. It has a beautiful view to the beach from the back porch as well as from the roof terrace. A great plus (especially when travelling with children) is the direct access to the beach by simply walking down a few stairs from the back porch. The place was clean and well equipped, the owner very helpful and responsive. You do need a car in order to get around (dining, grocery shopping, etc.), however you'll need that anyway on the island. We're looking forward to coming back to this nice place!

Great place!

Fantastic location, close to a small beautiful and calm beach. The roof top terrace is amazing and perfect for a morning coffee and beautiful sunsets. Giovanni is a great and helpful host, do not hesitate to contact him if you have any questions no matter what. The only trouble we had was finding the house in the middle of the night as google maps could not find the exact location. Thank you Giovanni for hosting us in your very special house. What a location!

We could not hope for a better experience! The house was very clean, communication with the owner was very efficient, and the check-in process very smooth. And the view …. No words to describe the view from the house. There are paths to the beach which is very clean, with an amazing view of Tavolara island (and part of Molara). Oh, why did we leave?…,

Maison très agréable toute proche d' une très jolie plage accessible depuis un chemin privé très fleuri. Très belle vue depuis les différentes terrasses. Des transats et un parasol vous attendent sur la plage. Club de plongée et location de bateau directement sur la plage. D' autres très belles plages de San Teodoro sont rapidement accessible Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter ce havre de paix.

Wunderschön

Sehr schön.. wir waren zu zweit. Jeder hatte sein eigenes kleines Reich. Schlafzimmer u.Badezimmer.Alles sehr dekorativ mit Muscheln. Drei Terrassen. Eine mit Grillplatz. Unseren Morgenkaffee haben wir auf der Kleinen, mit Meerblick genossen. Der Traum ist allerdings die Dachterrasse. Die zwar nur über eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist. Die Belohnung folgt dann. Ein wahnsinns Blick....soooooowunderschön..hier kann man den Tag ausklingen lassen. Der Strand ist direkt vom Häuschen über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Nur die Lage vom Pool ist etwas weiter.. Dort gibt es leckere Drinks und sehr liebe Besitzer, darum war dies auch kein Hindernis für uns.. also uns hat alles gefallen und wir kommen auch wieder..

Abgelegen aber schön

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war es sehr windig, so dass wir die Dachterrasse nur wenig nutzen konnten. Von hier super Blick tolle Badebucht, das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Ohne Auto geht aber nichts. Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut.

Estate alla casa delle conchiglie

Siamo stati alla casa delle conchiglie con i nostri bambini nella settimana di ferragosto. Siamo stati benissimo. La casa è molto bella e molto curata come si vede nelle fotografie e dotata di ogni comfort per le nostre necessità. Comodissimo l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia con disponibilità di ombrellone e sdraio. Il padrone di casa è stato molto gentile e prodigo di informazioni, così come anche la Sig.ra Michela che coordina il check-in e check out.

Sardinien 2022

Wir, das sind ich mit meiner Frau und 2 Kinder (10+14), haben im Juli unseren Urlaub im Muschelhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist so beschrieben komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt einfach gar nichts. Erwähnenswert ist die Sauberkeit des Objektes, und die Aufteilung des Hauses, mit insgesamt 3 Terrassen, die Dachterrasse mit wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und Umgebung, die Terrasse beim Hinterausgang mit Tisch und Stühlen perfekt zum Frühstücken und die Terrasse auf der Vorderseite mit gemauertem Grill und einen Schatten spendeten Baum mi 2 Liegestühlen. Jetzt noch ein Kommentar zum Vermieter, Giovanni, einfach perfekt! Wir sind am Anreisetag erst um 22.30 Uhr angekommen, Giovanni hat alles sehr gut organisiert gehabt, dass wir so spät alles erklärt bekommen haben, am nächsten Tag haben wir alle Informationen die wir gebraucht haben mit WhatsApp zugesendet bekommen, vielen Dank Giovanni. Das Haus hat einen privaten Abgang zum Meer, der Abends sogar beleuchtet werden kann. Am Strand angekommen hat Giovanni auch alles gut organisiert, dass man 4 Sonnenliegen und einen Schirm aufgestellt bekommt. Der Pool mit sehr freundlich bedienter Bar ist in 10 Minuten leicht erreichbar. Fazit, ein perfekter Urlaub, wenn ich wieder einmal meinen Urlaub in Sardinien verbringen werde, dann wieder im Muschelhaus!

Vista Incantevole

Casa molto bella, curata e funzionale. La privacy è garantita. La posizione e la vista dalla terrazza sono strabilitanti. Sdraio e ombrellone inclusi e disponibili dal bagnino di Cala Suaraccia sono un valore aggiunto notevole. Deliziosa la casetta nel giardino!! Il signor Giovanni è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La posizione permette di raggiungere molte bellissime spiagge in poco tempo.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenem und zwei kleinen Kindern eine wundervolle Zeit im Muschelhaus verbracht. Es gibt mehrer Terrassen, wo man toll sitzen kann. Der Grill wurde von uns auch ohne Probleme genutzt. Ebenfalls ist das Kochen kein Problem, man hat alles was man braucht. Mit kleinen aktiven Kindern sollte man allerdings wissen, dass der Garten sehr klein ist. Platz zum Ball spielen ist nicht vorhanden. Allerdings haben sie die Blumen und den Weg nach unten zum Strand inspiziert. Wir hatten immer direkten Kontakt mit Giovanni, der bei jeder Frage behilflich war. Seine Haushälterin hat uns in Empfang genommen und das Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung. Von den Nachbarn hat man nicht viel gehört und gesehen, wir waren im Juni (Nebensaison) da. Der Allgemeinpool und Tennisplatz waren ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Leider wurde der Tennisplatz grade erneuert und nicht nutzbar. Der Pool liegt schön im Wäldchen und wurde von den Kindern genutzt, wir haben währenddessen den Kaffee genossen. 🙂 Vom Haus geht es 88 Stufen runter zum Strand. In fünf Minuten ist man da. Sollte man mal was vergessen oder eine Mittagspause im Haus machen wollen - kein Problem. Am Strand hatten wir einen Sonnenschirm und Liegen. Es war traumhaft. Das Wasser ist klar und selbst im Juni konnte man schon gut rein. Der Blick auf Tavolara ist ebenfalls vom Haus aus und vom Strand traumhaft. Um Brötchen zu holen muss man immer mit dem Auto los. San Teodoro liegt gute 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Man ist also auf ein Auto angewiesen, ohne geht es nicht. Es war eine tolle Zeit die uns in Erinnerung bleibt.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Wir waren im Oktober 2021 für 2 Wochen im Muschelhaus. Das Objekt und die Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen auch der Besitzer Giovanni war immer per WhatsApp für uns da. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight und bietet viel Privatsphäre da keine Nachbarn zu sehen sind. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Wir haben das Haus für eine Woche im Oktober gemietet. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zu Detail und zu Deko eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage auf dem Capo de Coda Cavallo ist für die Liebhaber einer Lage abseits des Trubels ideal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super, Giovanni beantwortete jede WhatssApp-Nachricht in Windeseile und hat sonst auch zwischendurch nachgefragt, ob es uns gut geht und ob uns etwas fehlen würde. Man sollte allerdings bei diesem Haus beachten, dass es sich in einer typischen Feriensiedlung befindet und kein alleinstehendes Haus ist, sondern eingezwängt zwischen Nachbarhäusern und etwas nach hinten versetzt, so dass man nur von der kleinen Terrasse und von der Dachterrasse den Meerblick hat. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr überschaubar und sehr schattig (bis auf die Dachterrasse), was im Sommer sicherlich ein Vorteil ist, im Oktober aber leider eher ein Nachteil. Das Haus hat Nord-West-Süd-Ost-Ausrichtung, so das es für die für Oktober nicht seltenen Nord-Winde anfällig ist. Ingesamt haben wir die Vorteile des Hauses (Die Fussnähe zum Strand, die Dachterrasse, die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen der Feriensiedlung sind im Oktober zu) auf Grund sehr windiger Woche nicht nutzen können. Nicht desto trotz haben wir uns im Haus willkommen uns wohl gefühlt.

Proprietà molto bella e adatta a chi preferisce non spostarsi in auto. Grazie all'accesso alla spiaggia direttamente dalla proprietà e alla disponibilità di sdraio e ombrellone compresi nel soggiorno ogni comodità e comfort è assicurato.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen- ein top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit sehr persönlichem Ambiente. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Haus war sehr sauber, ist in schöner & ruhiger Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand gelegen und für 4 Personen sehr komfortabel. Einziges Manko: die Stechmücken.... also Mückenspray nicht vergessen (es sind zwar an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter, aber draußen entkommt man ihnen nicht). Der Strand ist in der Nebensaison traumhaft schön und ruhig , trotzdem gab es Anfang Oktober noch einen Barservice. Zur Lage: man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, zum Einkaufen gibt es in San Teodoro ausreichend Gelegenheit (15 min Fahrt) - das Haus ist schon abgelegen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Mücken, sterben in der Natur eingetaucht sind, gibt es abends in der Abenddämmerung und besondere nach dem ersten Frühling- und Herbstregen. Ich bin froh, dass Sie mein Haus gefallen hatten und ich hoffe, Sie in Zukunft ein anderes Mal zu beherbergen weil Sie eine sehr höfliche und respektvolle Familie sind. Why they chose this property

I was looking for a special house by the sea...I wandered around in the whole island, but there was always something wrong...then on the advice of a friend I arrived at Capo Coda Cavallo...and since 2002 I have not left there...here I found the mix of beautiful nature, tranquility and above all confort (airport, port, shopping center 20 Km away...)
I have not found elsewhere...I renovated my house personally because being in the fashion trade, with my family, we have taste and innate sense of beauty and therefore is also easy to decorate homes in a particularly sought after way...
I am often staying in the winter, when the sea under my house is stormy...And it is beautiful echoing sound of the sea in the small bay of the Farfalla Beach...In the summer, the convenience to drop directly on the beach is priceless...without having to use the car...and from June to September we give to our guests, umbrella and deck chairs...A service that makes it even more valuable your stay in my beautiful Sea Shell Cottage by the sea shore...
