We stayed at this property for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time! The house is so FUN and PINK, it made decorating and bringing the girly celebratory energy so easy! Check in and communication were great. Parking was super easy (i think we ended up having four cars). We walked to Forsyth and even to/from the broughton area several times. If you're willing to walk, it's super walkable. There's a kitchen cabinet where past Bach parties have left assorted decor and fun glassware (I love being a girl). Would totally stay here again if I was planning another Bach weekend in Savannah!
We loved this home! It is recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The rooms are bright and spacious and very clean. And our pup loved the fenced in yard! It’s a beautiful walk from the home to Forsyth Park. There is plenty of parking in front of and behind the house. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze, and it was easy to communicate with the property owner. We will definitely be back!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Anderson street
Positives:
Brand new remodel
Comfortable beds
Very clean
Negatives:
Low income neighborhood
Too far to walk to historic district
Next to train tracts with train horns blaring early morning
Unclean backyard with dog waste
NO CABLE TV IN ANY ROOM, limited tv apps and unable to download additional apps without Samsung log-in information.
Broken garbage disposal
No fans in guest bedrooms
No smoking policy on all of property outside.
Expensive for location of property with fees.
Stayed here over a holiday weekend with family (6 adults). Overall everything was as listed and we enjoyed our stay. We were just doing a family trip but this would have been perfect if we were a bachelorette party because of all the decor, and it even had games and supplies if that’s what you’re there for!
Pros:
* Spacious seating for 6 adults which was the main reason we stayed here instead of in the historic district, we had lots of room to play games, eat together, and relax.
* easy keyless locks
* had some communication issues potentially due to VRBO app but the host was very fast to respond and helpful.
* easy parking behind and in front of house
* fully stocked kitchen (again if you’re looking to host a bach party, this was great because they even had tons of “bachelorette” glasses
* primary bedroom was very large and we liked having 2 king beds (another reason we chose this property)
* super easy check out process, no deep cleaning required
* lots of extra pillows
* walking distance (though a decent walk) to Forsyth park (def need to Uber to historic district though)
Cons:
* kitchen tools were cheap quality. The pans were pretty scratched up.
* train runs right across the street and blares its horn at 7am and woke us up daily. The house also shook when it goes by.
* glasses had smudges and lipstick on a couple when we arrived. Some pillow cases also had makeup stains.
* 2nd king bed is SO squeaky. It made noise with every movement.

Peach House Surprise!!
I’m giving this property a 2 star rating only because the house itself is nice- outside of that, this would have been a 1 star rating. When we originally booked our stay, the home decor was neutral and clean- we really liked it and felt good booking. A couple weeks before our stay we double checked our registration and found that all the images of the property had been updated and the decor switched to a Pink/Peach theme in nearly every room. Not at all what we expected and not what we booked. We reached out to the property manager and were told that the home had been redecorated and we could receive a refund if we didn’t like it. Unfortunately we couldn’t find any other rentals at that point and got stuck with the Peach House. Upon arrival: the door code didn’t work, the kitchen was dirty(food stains all over cabinets/counters), food and medication from previous renters was left in the cabinets and human hair all over the place. We had to do a lot of cleaning just to get settled in. Add to that the fact that this home sits directly on a busy street close to a train track and you have a recipe for a very unpleasant stay. Sirens and traffic noise all night and trains every morning- our stay was a disaster. Again, the bones of this house are nice but the noisy location and lack of cleanliness were deal breakers for us.
Great location, beautiful house and plenty of space for a family of four. What made it extra special is that it is along the route of the Savannah Rock n Roll marathon, near the finish line, so we had an opportunity to sit on the porch and cheer on the runners.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Peach Retreat! The property was clean and adorably decorated. It fit 9 girls comfortably with the pullout couch and Murphy bed. There's also a spacious kitchen and dining area that is perfect for large group meals. Check-in was seamless and Allison made sure we had all of the information needed for our stay. We ended up mostly Ubering into downtown Savannah but the couple of times we did walk were very pleasant and did not feel far, especially to get to Forsyth Park. Overall, it was the perfect place to celebrate my bachelorette weekend and I would recommend it highly to anyone looking to visit Savannah!
I booked this house for my sister's bachelorette trip. We had 7 girls overall, and everyone loved the house. The decor was perfect for my sister, and we all had the best time.
This property was perfect for friends getting away for a weekend! It was a short walk or drive to anywhere we wanted to go and the house was fantastic! The owner was very responsive and the house was wonderful! Would most definitely stay here again.
