In the house: reception, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket, restaurant 300 m, bakery, bicycle rental 400 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 20 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 400 m. Mountain railway 200 m, ski rental 30 m, ski bus stop 10 m, ski school, children's ski school 750 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
2-room apartment 80 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Large living/dining room with TV and radio. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/WC. Balcony. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the Matterhorn. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn.

Belle location près de la gare La personne à l'accueil nous a très bien reçu et était très sympathique Appartement spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut dedans Vue magnifique sur le Cervin Navette au pied de l'appartement et magasins à 500 mètres

Die Beurteilung ist sehr positiv und somit war unser Urlaub sehr schön. Eine Anmerkung : Die Rezeptionistin bzw. Hausdame ist sehr freundlich und auch bemüht, aber sie sprach kaum deutsch und die Verständigung war etwas schwierig. Aber das war nicht weiter schlimm.

Home from home

We have been coming to Utoring Matten for 20 years. The flat is well maintained, the lounge/dining room is comfortable and homely and the kitchen, although small, has everything one needs for self catering. Best of all is the south facing balcony with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn! We hope to return next year. The only thing missing is access to a washing machine.

Certainement un des meilleur rapport qualité/prix sur Zermatt, appartement vaste (80m2) beau balcon/terrasse, agencement d'excellent niveau, équipement parfait et en presque central de la station (client depuis 25 ans environ dans cette résidence) donc pas de raison de changer d'avis.
