Location is excellent! Condo was clean and freshly re-refurbished. Cathy was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! We could walk or bike to beach. The condo was updated and beautifully decorated and the kitchen was large and fully equipped. The Beachwalk complex is peaceful and it was wonderful to walk the grounds and admire the landscaping which is quite gorgeous. We love it and plan to come back !
This was a relaxing stay in Naples. Close to everything in a wonderful community. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items to make a great meal. We will return.
Wonderful family gathering over Christmas and New Year holiday. Plenty of room for our family of four from CT and my brother and wife from AZ. Enjoyed proximity to beach, time at the Pool, dinner at Mercato. Cathy was awesome and provided all the towels and beach chairs needed! Hope to come back again soon.
Outstanding location with all kinds of amenities for a great two week stay. Easy every day walk to the Vanderbilt beach that is awesome!. Having chairs and umbrella's made a great touch. Coffee in the lanai each morning. Multiple bike ride locations.
Property was as pictured and described. Very convenient to the beach (especially with the side gate). Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels, beach supplies (buggy, chairs, towels, cooler). A/C worked great. Plenty of space to spread out. Complex was very quiet, beautifully landscaped, and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
We recently stayed at this location in Vanderbilt, Florida and it was a great experience. The property was located just 3/4 of a mile from the public beach, which made it very convenient to access. Additionally, there was a Whole Foods nearby, which was a huge plus for us as it made it easy to grab groceries and other essentials during our stay. The rental itself was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Vanderbilt.
Everything was exactly as described. Very short walk to beach & easy walk to restaurants and cinema. 2 pools to choose from, plenty of comfortable loungers. As promised, Cathy (owner ) provided everything from beach towels to hairdryers. Cathy was a brilliant hostess, available whenever we needed anything, dealt with a very minor issue immediately. See you next year - we hope!
Condo was in a great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Bikes, beach chairs, towels, etc…were wonderful! Communication with owner was easy. We did have a few things that needed to be addressed and she made herself available to us. There was construction going on in the building that we were not made aware of. The contractors worked with us to minimize the issue as much as possible. Complex is very nice. Great pools. Unit is close to back beach exit, which made it really easy to walk. Less than half mile. Enjoyed our stay.
The location of the property was great The community was quiet, gated , close to the beach and had nice pools. The actual unit needed to be updated:
1. electrical outlets needed to be changed
2. Garbage disposal needed work
3. Many lights had missing bulbs and or did not work
4. The third "bedroom" had a broken light fixture
5. Overall location of outlets in rooms were poorly laid out
6. Back screen door needs a new sweep as lizards could enter the screen porch
7. TV cable was not hooked up correctly and we spent 3 hr fixing it ourselves
8. Couch needed cleaning
My first red flag was we were never contacted by the owner in the days before arrival with specific instructions. It wasn't until my initiated contact in the airport that we finally heard back from her. Doesn't she realize guests are coming? Here message back was disjointed, wordy and a bit worrisome. She even went onto to say that "her neighbors are nosy and just tell them we are friends and she will be back later. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed two dead cockroaches on the tile floor. Not happy and a bit freaked out we began to open kitchen cabinets and noticed opened pasta box, container of honey turned upside down and leaking in the cabinet. Our first thought was the place could need some freshening up. We saw droppings of poop which were likely from cockroaches. Discussing our options with my family in the kitchen, a live cockroach came skirting by on top of the stove. It is just not something you want to see after a full day of traveling. Contacting the owner was more an exercise in futility than resolution. Some of her responses were "well that's Florida for you" with a thumb's up emoji. No concern, no apology. She never attempted to help make the situation better, never attempted to help resolve or acknowledged us in a professional or caring manner. She collected 100% of our hard-earned money. Sadly, she never reached out to us again. She left us in the dust and took the full amount of the 2-week rental. VRBO was just as painful and unresponsive.

Advertised as "steps to the beach" but beach access was closed. Specifically asked owner about this before arrival, and she stated it should be open by Nov 4th.
A good sized unit with very comfortable beds, two bikes and beach accessories. Very close to gate for access to Vanderbilt beach and a short walk to the pool and tennis courts. Cathy was very responsive. Connection problems with bedroom TVs, but livingroom TV worked well. Good internet access.

Great Location With Drawbacks
Although the unit had been cleaned, it needs a deep cleaning (floors, under furniture, cabinets). Two of the 3 TV's worked only sporadically. Electrical outlets were wonky. However the pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was doable.
Property was well maintained. The property manager was very responsive to any concerns. It’s a fantastic quiet complex perfect for families with the pool and neighborhood to bike around with easy access to the beach. We hope to go back soon!
Access to WIFI was difficult. Owner didn't give us accurate passwords. The Mgmt. Office had no information on our rental and we weren't authorized by the Board for several days. Owner neglected to process application and fees until after we arrived and she was notified by Management. The pictures of the unit are misleading, particularly the screened porch. It was much smaller than it appeared. Light bulbs were burned out, outlets not properly maintained and overall cleanliness was quite disappointing. There was a salamander who lived in the den which we were unable to vacate.
