We had a wonderful stay - beautiful place, great location, and responsive host. Riccardo was terrific. Thanks for making our time in Rome extra special! Grazie mille!
It was memorable stay. Brand new cabin and amenities. We have enjoyed hot tub and pool. Beautiful mountain view!!! Wish we could stay couple of more day. Host was very responsive. Will be coming back for sure in October.
The house was great! Perfect for our family! The owners were quickly responsive, including remedying a minor issue with the hot tub on Easter Sunday. Would highly recommend staying here.
This cabin was a beautiful, clean home in a great location. We were convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We actually could see the nightly fireworks at Dollywood from the cabin’s porch. The layout of the cabin was perfect with 3 master suites each with a king bed and en-suite bath. We would definitely stay here again.
This property is absolutely gorgeous. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the amenities that this property offered. I would suggest if you are traveling during inclement weather you definitely need 4 wheel drive to reach this property. In addition, it is not as private as noted. There is a cabin right next door. The hot tub deck needs a curtain. The neighbors could see directly into the hot tub. We noticed when we were on the decks the neighbors would close their blinds. Other than that, our time here was spectacular!!

Let me start by saying if you use Google maps, you’re in there to assist you with finding this cabin. I was using WAZE, so it completed the directions at the bottom of the hill and still had more to go. Coming in at dark was frustrating finding the cabin due to incorrect directions. When we arrived the heat was not working at first nor the fireplace. Took several hours to warm up the cabin. We had to have someone come out to work on the fireplace the next day.
The views were very nice. However, there was a curtain that fell twice on two occasions with two different people trying to look out. Sticky glue traps were put out for mice and other creatures along with mice traps that we weren’t told about until two days prior to our visit in an email. While picking up the curtain that fell, those people stepped on the glue trap and got glue on the bottom of their shoes and one person got their hand cut due to the curtain falling. Mouse droppings were in various places in the cabin. Therefore, we felt we needed to store our snacks in a microwave, which had to be unloaded every time one needed to use it. You could hear sounds in the middle of the night, such as scratching in the walls/roof. The main bathroom on the floor you walk in smelled of urine along the floor. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. As far as a place to stay, it’s nice if you don’t mind the uncleanliness and noises at night. Oh and the downstairs games added fun to the trip!
We sure enjoyed our stay. The cabin is spacious and with a well stocked kitchen ware. Equipped with plenty entertainment toys to play with when you stayed in the cabin. The cabin is also conveniently located near the pigeon Forge attractions. It is a short drive to Gatlinburg. The owners are very responsive. They replied my email fast. We had a great time. We were really happy to stay in this cabin.
We had a very good experience renting this property. The location is very convenient to the Parkway strip- also very close to Dollywood. View is excellent.
When you choose to rent this property, be aware that there’s only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. If you have a large party staying there (there were 8 of us total including two teenage boys) I would recommend bringing a pack of both toilet paper and paper towels because we quickly ran out.
Was a lovely getaway, the weather was perfect and the cabin was a lot of fun with great views and amenities. Comfortable couches and beds for relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was a highlight. My kids loved the multi color underwater light. Overall a very comfortable place to chill after all day on the town or mountain trails.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! Three great decks and beautiful views. We had fun at Dollywood and in Gatlinburg. Our Google Maps took us to an incorrect house on the street. We arrived after dark, so it was quite difficult to find the property, which was another 5-6 bends in the road further up the mountain. Be sure to read the owner's directions to get you to the right place. Parking is narrow, with only space for our vehicle (there are other cabins next door to this cabin). The cabin has great views with many windows all around. We enjoyed the video games, air hockey and foosball! The cabin has three levels with a spiral staircase joining the levels. Our daughter was quite nervous going up and down, but became much braver after a while. Furniture fills the space and is over-sized making it tight to move around. The top floor loft is a nice, big space, but it has an overlook balcony (no wall nor door) open to the middle floor. The other two bedrooms (lower and middle floors) have doors, but both have see-through fireplaces, with glass on both sides. I wished the light switches had been labeled, as it was difficult to discern which switch goes to which light. The bathrooms have pedestal sinks, so no counter-top and no shelving for toiletries (check the bedroom wardrobes for towels). There were hooks in the bathrooms. There are extra blankets in the bedroom chests and a stacked washer/dryer on the top floor. We didn't use them, but there is a double jacuzzi on the top floor (which is in the loft, thus no walls/doors) and a hot tub on the lower level deck. The owners kindly checked in with us to make sure everything was going well!
Family friendly cabin. Room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Plenty of things to keep you busy…. Televisions on all floors, (2) air hockey tables, (2) gaming stations and of course a hot tub for the adults. Great views and convenient location to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Looking forward to next time!
Cabin would be good for large families we enjoyed the hot tub on the deck however we we woke up every night by the very active and most likely large rat scurrying about the cabin he was very loud after the first night of being kept up we even went to buy traps but had no luck catching him but other than the sleepless nights we had we enjoyed our trip
Loved this cabin. plenty of room. the bottom floor gets quit cold but there is a fire place in the room.. the hosts were super friendly and always got right back with an answer to all my questions.. we had a visit from a bear that tipped over our trash cage.. it was cool to see ( from the window).. would definitely stay again.. beautiful views
Great three level cabin with Mountain View’s from every level. The nightly Dollywood fireworks can be seen from the top deck. Kids loved the arcade game and the air hockey table. The outdoor jacuzzi was wonderful. Hosts were very responsive when asking questions. The road leading to the cabin is a very windy mountain road with hairpin turns so you will want to make sure to have a driver comfortable with that but the views are worth it. One suggestion would be to maybe add shelving near bathroom sinks as there is very little space for toiletries. Highly recommend the cabin!
My family and myself absolutely enjoyed staying here. The property was well maintained and clean. The only recommendation would be to keep some dishwashing scrubs and microwave oven cover for convivence.. Overall, a beautiful place to visit and relax with family.
We have stayed in the Smoky Mts multiple times and this cabin is basic-in my opinion. The main floor needed a good cleaning and there was little storage in the bedroom and bathroom. We were notified at check-in that there was a MICE problem. We kept our non- refrigerated foods in the oven ( which needed a good cleaning) and the microwave (which had to be emptied every time we needed to use it). I also swept the floor every night. Still there were mouse droppings on the kitchen counter, table and floor each morning (except for the morning we checked out). I asked management for a discount on our stay, but the best they would do was 15% off a future stay. NO thank you!
Some positives: the boys enjoyed sleeping in the loft and the girls liked the lower level w the game room and hot tub. The community pool was nice-about a mile away. We could also see the nightly fireworks display at Dollywood from the upper deck.
The architecture of the cabin was fantastic. I loved the design and character of the cabin. It was spacious and gave us a homey feel. My family loved the way the cabin was structured and built. We also loved the open window views of the beautiful mountains. My family said I did a great job of picking out a cabin for us to stay. The owner was easy to contact and always responded promptly. My family and I would definitely stay here again!
