It comes also with a fully equipped kitchen, that has all the essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain comfartable double beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. And the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment also has a balcony area where you can enjoy a city view with a cup of coffee. As well as a workspace, making it a great place for remote workers.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Courbevoie, just 20 minutes from the center of Paris. It is located in the trendy 20 Rue du Clos Luce street, in a very quiet and secure part of town.

It is just a walk away from La Défense train station and the Esplanade de La Défense subway, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer.

Please note that late check-in after 10:00 pm will incur an additional charge of EUR 20. Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at a minimum.
