Everything we needed was very close by. The area felt safe and was as advertised. The only shocker was just how small the shower was the amount of toilet paper (1 roll) - not enough for 4 females for a week. However, there was a grocery store directly across the street. All tourist attractions were nearby (within 15 minutes, for the most part) and Ubers/Taxis took us everywhere. Also, the pull out best was THE MOST COMFORTABLE pull out I have ever slept on!
