séjour à la mer

Super séjour à Ouistreham dans cet appartement rénové et très bien agencé. Très agréable et très bien placé par rapport à la mer et aux commerces, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Super séjour près de la plage

Très bon logement, excellente situation (à 50m de la boulangerie, supermarché, arret de bus; à 5-10min a pieds de la plage; marché en face). Lumineux et spacieux. Equipement adapté à un séjour de vacances. Chambre à l'étage adaptée aux enfants. Grand canapé très agréable dans le coin TV.

Supersauberes Appartement Strandnähe, unfreundlicher Conciergeservice

An dem Appartement gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Sehr gute Ausstattung (bis auf den fehlenden Fön;-)))... wohl aber am Conciergeservice: 1. Auf der deutschen Fe-Wo-Direkt Seite fehlt die Information, dass weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher vorhanden sind. Aus der Angabe, die Wäsche sei mit 60 Grad gewaschen, schloss ich, dass auch welche da sei. Das allein wäre noch kein Problem gewesen, denn für 45 € zusätzlich kann man sich welche Mieten - ärgerliche Mehrkosten, aber machbar. Ärgerlicher fand ich die dann extrem unfreundliche Concierge, die die Wäsche holen musste. Wo sie doch bereits seit mehreren Minuten Feierabend hatte. 2. Über die Verspätung war die Concierge informiert, da wir mit dem Zug anreisten und sie uns sogar selbst die Busverbinung ab Caen rausgesucht hatte. Vorher nie ein Wort darüber, dass sie zu diesen Zeitpunkt eigentlich schon im Feierabend ist. 3. Die Kommunikation mit der Concierge gestaltete sich schwierig, da sie auf Anfragen z.T. tagelang nicht reagierte. Das ist umso ärgerlicher, wenn man z.B. wie wir auf eine Antwort wartet, ob man das Gepäcke vor der Abreise (sonntags) noch ein paar Stunden länger irgendwo deponieren kann. Wir haben dann so geplant, dass wir die Koffer mit an den Strand nehmen und von dort aus mit dem Taxi abreisen. Letztenendes kam am Abend vor der Abreise - als bereits das Taxi an den Strand bestellt war- die Zusage, dass man 2h länger bleiben dürfe. Beim höflichen Small-talk erwähnte sie, sonntags gäbe es nie neue Anreisen.

Petit appartement mansardé refait avec goût très bien situé

Petit appartement manquant un peu de matériel Pour la cuisine notamment. Charme d’un appartement mansardé mais inconvénient de devoir se baisser. Très bien situé
