The unit is designed for relaxation with a king-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals or beach snacks. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit stainless steel appliances and a cozy dining area.



Step outside to enjoy our comprehensive amenities, including a hot tub, fitness center, steam room, sauna, and more. Browse our gift shop, or relax with a DVD from our complimentary rental selection. Outdoor tiki bar isavailable seasonally, and beach chair and umbrella rentals are also on offer.



Experience stunning sunrises or serene sunsets from your private balcony with seating for two. Located steps from the beach and amidst Destin's best shops and attractions, SunDestin Unit 0706 is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway. We can’t wait to welcome you to this piece of paradise!

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use.



Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We want to ensure you're informed in advance so you can plan your stay accordingly.



We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.



Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pool.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.

We booked this location for the view and it did not disappoint. Even with a rainy weekend, the balcony area was peaceful and dry. The property was perfect for us. The mirrored living space brought in all the light and also allowed us to practice for an upcoming dance performance. Cable was a plus on the first major college football game weekend of the year!

We came down for a weekend getaway after 2 years of not being able to go to the beach. This was our first time coming to Destin (after many years of going to PCB). We have fallen in love with the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The resort was in the best area and we enjoyed all of the amenities. We will definitely be back!

Anniversary vacation

This is the second time we have stayed here for our anniversary. This year was our 40th. We have love the stay both times. Both times the alarms went off and we had to leave but all was good. Restaurant is great. We were disappointed that we did not have a washer and dryer like last time. Other than that we love the place and people

The pullout bed was not safe and did not work properly. I knew there was construction and i was good with that but it was not clear the balcony was closed. Communication with the host and Sun Destin was very good and prompt.

Knew they had construction not issues with that at all. Was disappointed the outdoor pool was closed the listing did not say that. Left something in the room by accident and they the cleaning contractor said there wasn't but they knew what it was when my wife talked to them. Hmm

Short Get-Away

The property was just as noted. Everything was nice and the location was perfect "right in the heart of everything". Commuting was convenient. I do have a few suggestions. The shower head needs to be changed out to allow for someone, who is taller "maybe with a shower head component that you can remove to bathe comfortably". This was difficult for me and my husband, as we are taller in height, however, we improvised. Outside on patio, the screen and sliding glass window needs to be clean. We ate dinner outside a few nights because the weather was great. Other that these two things, we would definitely come again and stay in this unit.

Maintenance

Arrived Thursday Sept 21, on Friday PM we noticed the phone was not working and the refrigerator was freezing up. Called front desk Saturday morning early, they were to notify maintenance. Noon Monday had to asked front desk again for maintenance to address the issues. They took care of the issues that afternoon. By that time we already had to throw out some produce and eggs. Besides that, it was a good stay.

First and last time staying here

1 day 1 night without AC. They let us borrow a fan that didnt help any and the tub was clogged. They did moved us to a different room with AC and unclogged tub. They said they would reimburse us for that day/night. Still waiting so we shall see. Doors in the new room were hard to closed. TV AWEFUL to watch in both rooms, didn't matter what we chosed to watch. Wifi horribly slow. The construction forced a lot of people to park in a gravel lot, accross the street, behind an empty building, in the dark and unsecured. We enjoyed our anniversary trip making it our first visit to Destin. We will definitely go back! but we will not be staying in this place.

Good location

Good location. Room was clean, shower curtain allowed water to pile up in the floor. I wish they had a towel service to exchange bath towels because people typically have more than one bath a day and they do not provide any extra. You can pay $5 to wash a load. During our stay 1 elevator was down the entire time and another was down for a day or so, causing long waits for the elevators and over crowding.

Vacation for 30th bday

Everything was perfect. Except for the tv. It didn’t work in the master bedroom the entire visit so at night time we couldn’t enjoy a show before falling asleep. Other than that we enjoyed this location.

Nice condo on the beach. Great location!

My 1st time staying at Sundestin. The condo has 2 pools, a water splash area my 5 year old really enjoyed. A gift shop, a restaurant and a bar. There is laundry on every level. Checking in was a breeze. And the front desk people were very nice. I got there 3 hours early and they said I can go up once my room is cleaned. After about 1 hour it was ready which was nice after a very long drive. Lots of stores and Restaurants nearby. Would defiantly recommend.

2022 Get-Away

We had a great time. Everything was as we expected. Only thing I would mention is that there are two different TV systems but only directions for one. When we contacted the front desk, they said they would send someone from maintenance to our condo (that was day 2). On day 9 we still hadn't heard from anyone. Somewhat disappointing but we weren't there to watch TV.
