SunDestin features an expansive list of onsite amenities, including stunning meeting/event space, lobby gift shop, a fitness center with a sauna and steam room. Just footsteps away from some of the world's most beautiful white-sandy beaches, get your toes in the sand but enjoy the comforts of a beach chair and umbrella rental (fee). Take a dip in the newly renovated outdoor pool. SunDestin is located in the heart of Destin, in the middle of all the action including attractions, dining options, and shopping but you may decide you don’t want to leave the resort and that’s ok too! Grab a refreshing beverage or a quick bite at the outdoor tiki bar, or settle into one of our relaxing outdoor hot tub. For a night in, guests enjoy complimentary DVD rentals.



When you step into SunDestin 0816, the open dining/living room floor plan will welcome you but the window and glass door to the balcony with various views of this Destin property and the Gulf of Mexico will captivate you. The vibrant décor will remind you, that there’s no time like beach time. Prepare a quick beach snack or a dinner for two in this well-equipped kitchen.



Perfect for up to four people, relax each night in the comfortable king-size bed located in the master bedroom. With balcony access from the master, you won’t even disturb the kiddos as they doze off in the queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. Flat-panel televisions are located in the living room and bedroom. This 1-bedroom vacation rental includes one full and one half-bath for added convenience.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Great unit!

This condo has all you need! Great service from the time I checked in. Super easy and quick check in and check out. We had a great stay and loved the short walk to the beach. The views from the unit were ideal! Would recommend to anyone!

Loved the location and our unit was very clean. I do think it needs to be updated only bc I was nervous looking at the pictures when I booked. But I still say 5 stars!!!! As far as the resort itself, everyone was very nice. Resort was clean also.

Everything was great!! The couch bed was not comfortable, there was a few tiny things wrong. The chair legs to table need tightened up. All the construction was overwhelming. The air conditioner wasn't very cold but it was very hot there. I was very happy with the place over all.

The room was great except for plugs not working. The TV in the bedroom didn't work no biggie since we weren't in the room much. The couch had stains. The indoor pool needs to be skimmed more since there is no skimmer for bugs n dirt to go to. Otherwise great area great price

Nice Condo, but small!

Condo was very small and couldn't figure out all the doors to the bathroom. It was clean and had plenty of supplies to last our week. A big suggestion would be to add some rugs. Rugs help set the rooms off and there were none. I'm weird about walking on bare floors, so I had to wear socks. Also the bed could be improved as it was a thin mattress with no footboard. All instructions were easy to follow and appreciated the texts on check-in and check-out!

No complaints. Just a note of some issues. Bathroom Sink near the bedroom fills with water and slow to drain. Bathtub while showering fills and slow to drain Toilet in bathroom of shower loose from floor and needs to be bolted down tighter kitchen sink faucet loose and needs tightening. I would install new toilets that are height for seniors. Overall great stay.

We had a good stay with little issues. The room was beautiful and clean and the staff was great. Only issues we had that would have made our stay great were .... The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Super stiff and we could feel the springs all nite long which prevented us from getting much sleep at all. Had our beds been more comfortable we would have stayed longer but after a few days we were sleep deprived and had to leave. We really only had one other complaint about our stay and that was do to not being allowed to used our umbrella on the beach in front of the resort. We were directed to the vacant property down the beach and told we could only use a tent in front of our resort. Because of this we chose to go to a private beach instead of utilizing the beach in front of our resort. These were really the only issues we had and overall we made the best out of the situation that we could.

Nice get away

My hubs and I spent a few days at Sundestin resort in early October. The room was as expected, the weather was gorgeous with emerald blue water. I was a little disappointed in the beach view from the room’s balcony because it was a side view and more of a view of the next door condominium. But the main thing that bothered me was that you could not sit close to the water on the beach without renting from the chair and umbrella company. The last full day we were there, they had put out chairs/umbrellas 4 rows deep. If you have a tent, it must be behind their umbrella and chair placements. You cannot use your own umbrella. To get to the water, you had to navigate through the maze. This is Something to note before renting from SanDestin. Apparently this was common because as far as the eye could see, the beach was full of umbrellas in front of other resorts. Just something to remember should you visit.

Small condo but clean

The condo was clean, but small .We couldn't figure out all the doors to the bathroom., Certainly not necessary. There were no rugs on any of the floors and I'm weird about walking on bare floors, so I wore socks the whole time. Rugs would brighten the rooms up also. Text instructions were great for check-in and check-out. Everyone was nice to work with.

Book It... the chairs that is.

The place is small, but for the 2 of us it was perfect, and lets be honest, you won't want to be in the room. The views were great. You did not even have to leave the room to watch the sunset. So many places to eat within walking distance. The sand is amazing. BUT BOOK THE CHAIRS!!! The sand is reserved for all the condos between the buildings and the water... if you don't want to carry your chair a city block, rent the chairs and enjoy!
