It comprises: On the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, freezer, dishwasher) with a dining area (fireplace) - a large living room with a lounge area - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room/WC - a pantry - a WC Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm) - a shower room - a WC - an office - a mezzanine with a relaxation area and TV Electric heating is extra. Bed linen can be rented. Large partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private garden with sun loungers. Parking in the courtyard. 500m away: swimming pool (summer), tennis courts, golf course, and shops. There is a year-round rental property at the rear of the house with no overlooking neighbors. Located 500m from the village of Souraïde, 3km from Espelette, 8km from Cambo-les-Bains, and 10km from St Pée-sur-Nivelle, JUANTTIPIENEA is ideally situated for exploring the Basque Country.
