For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Private beach, garden furniture, barbecue, bathing jetty. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), heating available only from 15.Sep. - 30.Apr.. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 300 m, bus stop 750 m, pebble beach "Osteno" 700 m, grass beach "Porlezza" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 8 km, golf course (18 hole) 16 km, surf school 6 km, tennis 7 km, riding stable 7 km.
