Old apartment house "Adalgisa", 600 m a.s.l.. In the hamlet Olzano, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the lake. Motor access to the house. Public parking 200 m. Shop 500 m, grocery, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Nearby attractions: Limone sul Garda 25 km. Hiking paths: Olzano - Cima Piemp (1200m). Please note: car recommended, no lift.
3-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor. Partly renovated in 2018, practical furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Aussicht war toll, das Stadtzentrum ist nicht weit weg und ein Supermarkt ist auch in greifbarer Nähe. Für Familien eine top Ferien Unterkunft und sehr empfehlenswert.

Besser geht es nicht. Alles super sauber. Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mann. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in Gardola.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, einfach aber mit allem, was man braucht

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der online Beschreibung und den Bildern. Was mir nicht bewusst war, die Wohnung liegt 550 Höhenmeter über den Gardasee. Zum nächsten Strand war es knapp 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Gassen in Tignale sind extrem eng (teilweise musste ich die Seitenspiegel einklappen) und die Wohnung hat keinen Parkplatz. Dieser ist 300m entfernt und man kann vor der Wohnung ein- und ausladen, jedoch nicht warten. Dies alles hat uns nicht gestört, nur überrascht. Wer zum Strand möchte empfehle ich einen in Gargnano. Der Parkplatz "Parking Via Fontanella" kostet 1 pro Stunde bzw. 5 für 24 Stunden (normale Währung) und ist über Google maps zu finden. Direkt unterhalb ist ein öffentlicher Park mit vielen Schatten spendenden Olivenbäumen, direktem Strandzugang, Tretboot-, Segelboot- und Windsurfverleih. Das Restaurant und Snackbar "Pizzeria Restorante Le Fontanelle" runden das Angebot ab. Im Snackbar gibt es Pizza oder getoastete Sandwiches für ca. 5 sowie Getränke und Eis. Einfache italienische Toiletten sind ebenfalls im Park vorhanden. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war bei der Ankunft. Wir hatten die Buchungsbestätigung erhalten, der Vermieter jedoch nicht. Es gab eine kleine Verzögerung von ca. 20 Minuten und die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters hat alles wett gemacht. Wenn ich das geahnt hätte, hätte ich dem Vermieter eine SMS im Voraus geschickt. Die Nummer bekommt man mit der Bestätigung. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung kann ich vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Schöne saubere Wohnung und viel Platz.

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick, wir waren ende April.da war es noch ein bißchen kalt, aber sonst eine schöne Wohnung. Die Zimmer waren sauber die Küche geräumig.

Iets te steile ligging

We verbleven er met 2 pers ,mijn vader en ik. Bij aankomst werd gezegd dat we op 1 kamer moeten slapen ofwel bijbetalen . Ik zei we hebben betaald voor een appartement met 2 kamers. Door een discussie gehad te hebben daar ik echt niet bij mijn vader slaap gaf men dan toch een onderlaken voor een 2 pers bed en een set 1 pers . lakens voor mij. Op een middag probeerden wij te bellen daar we geen eten konden klaar maken daar er geen gas was. Duurde heel heel lang eer ze terug belde en zo hebben wij pas een snelle maaltijd kunnen eten om 15u30.

Uriges Gebäude mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen

Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig und hat leider keine Heizung, was es im Mai in den "alten" Mauern doch etwas arg kühl werden ließ (11 - 15 Grad). Im Sommer bei großer Hitze ist es aber bestimmt sehr angenehm. Überragend ist der Ausblick direkt auf den See. Auch die Lage in den kleinen Gassen ist optimal für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
