Lots of character. Cozy & cocooning atmosphere, 100% exotic. Large enclosed courtyard-terrace exposed & shaded. Pleasant natural garden with trees, vegetation and flowers of 1100m². Beautiful unobstructed view of the pond & the surrounding countryside. Composition: Detached house. Oil fired central heating + Wifi wood burning stove. Loved the property and its eclectic design of 12th century and modern fittings. We enjoyed the walking trails, the neighborhood and the small villages surrounding this special Gite.
