We offer a beautiful 3 bedroom waterfront cottage in a quiet setting close to picturesque town of Bobcaygeon . 4 Season Cottage, fully winterized with beautiful view of the lake. Central heat, smart TV, wifi, 3 bedrooms, spacious yet cozy family room!!! Well equipped large kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, air fryer and many more! Ceilings fans in all 3 bedrooms, family room, kitchen and dinning. Window air conditioner in the master bedroom and family room. Covered side patio, nice backyard, dock on water (dock gets removed from October to May)!! 5 minutes to charming town of Bobcaygeon that offers dinning, shopping, historical attractions and much more !!!

*No onsite laundry. However, coin laundry available in Bobcaygeon*

*No parties/noise/unruly behaviour- If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in loss of security deposit and rental amount.*

* 1 camera at the very back where the backyard ends facing the boat. Backyard has full privacy.

Weekend getaway

The property was just as described. It was clean and we were very impressed. It actually felt like home. The only downfall was not having access to the BBQ and the back/side grass was not cut. We also brought our own firewood. We will definitely be back.

Excellent property

We have stayed at several cottages over the past 10 years, all have been good but this cottage was very nice. It is well appointed and was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

I only mention the couple of hiccups we had checking in ( very minor) so I can call out how quickly snd efficiently Sam dealt with them - Truly super hosts who care about there property l, which is lovely, but also about their guests and how the they enjoy their stay - Awesome week in a lovely spot - fishing is great too

Couples trip

It was our first trip together and it was a lot of fun. Overall the house was in good condition other than the sink leaked in and the oven was dirty and smoky we cannot use it. I recommend you getting a plunger!

Beautiful getaway

Stayed Fall 2021. We had a great time at this beautiful, well appointed cottage. The property was very quiet, super clean and easy to find. We loved the location as it was on the lake but only minutes from town. Used 2 of the 3 bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with needed amenities. New coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle. Comfy furniture. Big windows let in lots of morning sun with an awesome lake view. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the extended dock. The owner was responsive to our enquiries both beforehand and while we were at the property. We could see ourselves returning here in the future! Thanks so much to the owners!!
