In the centre of Venezia, in the district Dorsoduro, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, directly by the canal. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Cook on request (extra). Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop "Piazzale Roma" 1.7 km, railway station "Venezia Santa Lucia" 2 km, ferry "Vaporetto stop Accademia" 300 m. 5-room apartment 105 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Very comfortable and beautiful furnishings: entrance hall. Small lounge with 1 sofabed. Open small sleeping alcove, without window, without wardrobe with 1 double bed and fan. Upper floor: large living/dining room with TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 bed. Large kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Shower/bidet/WC. Very beautiful panoramic view of the canal. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Private entrance. Please note: the floors of the house are authentic "terrace" Venetian. Lovely and peacefull place in Venice

Perfect flat in a peacefull part of Venice. The rooms are on two different floors and not suited for toddlers but fine if you Travelocity with bigger children. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back.

nice apartment mainly on first floor with a bedroom downstairs. no good for disabled access. kitchen not fully equipped(no oil /chopping board)/no hot water) you would have to buy all your kitchen needs. little toilet paper. for a two day stay perfect but any longer be prepared to replenish. excellent location and friendly contacts. If you're looking for perfect this is not it but in terms of convenience its great

Skøn beliggenhed

Lejligheden rummer alt hvad man har brug for. Øverste og underste etage virker lidt afskårede fra hinanden men da mine børn er store, var det intet problem. Lejligheden ligger i et dejligt og roligt kvarter tæt på restauranter, vaporetto og i gåafstand til alt.

Location mieux en photo qu'en vrai mais quand même tout à fait habitable. Il n'y a pas de note qui corresponde à la location; je dirais bien mais sans plus. L'appartement est quand même assez loin de la Place Saint-Marc mais le quartier de Dorsoduro est très agréable.

Gute Ausstattung und Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Heizung funktioniert gut. Einziges Manko: das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (Einzelbett und Nische mit Doppelbett) ist ein bisschen feucht. Da blättert teilweise Putz von der Wand. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt.

A due passi dal Canal Grande

Ottimo appartamento sul canale di San Vio a pochi minuti dall'Accademia delle Belle Arti e dal museo Peggy Guggenheim. L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutto l'occorrente anche per una lunga vacanza. Spettacolare la vista sul canale, sia dalla camera che dal soggiorno. Servizio Interhome fantastico!

Die Unterkunft ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Leider ist die Sauberkeit zu bemängeln (z.B. Spinnweben in den Ecken und die Bettwäsche hatte viele Flecken)

Très agréable appartement

La Casa San Vio est très bien placée, à quelques minutes du vaporetto, dans un quartier idéal pour sillonner Venise, tout en étant particulièrement calme. L'appartement est fonctionnel et agréable; quelques détails pourraient être réglés pour éliminer certains inconvénients mineurs.
