Let the family fun begin at SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL. Loaded with property amenities, everyone is bound to have a good time! Relax at the outdoor tiki bar or chill by the Gulf of Mexico with a beach chair and umbrella (seasonal/fee). Head indoors and swing by the gift shop for some afternoon shopping.  Indulge in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Utilize the fitness facility at your convenience and select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space should you need additional room for large gatherings, functions, or events. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1401 is a comfortably decorated, spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo accommodating up to six. One step in this cheerful, bright, open concept living/dining unit and you’ll feel right at home! The fully appointed kitchen is loaded with cabinet and counter space, ideal for meal preparation. Cozy up on plush furnishings in the living room and catch a movie on the flat-screen TV or gather around the dining table for snacks and conversation. Catch breathtaking views on the private balcony, accessible from either the living room or master suite. Settle in for the evening on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or on the king bed in the guest suite. Recline in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Destin is a great place for family vacationing, with fun activities, great restaurants, and water adventures just minutes from the property!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Great Getaway with an AMAZING View!

This was such an easy vacation to book, check in and enjoy. The space could definitely use freshening up, but the location and view were incredible. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed including some beach gear.

The location was great. We had excellent views as this was a corner unit. All of the staff was friendly, yet professional and very easy to work with. We reported a loose leg on a dining chair after we checked in, which was in the evening, and it was taken care of the next morning!

We've stayed at the Sundestin resort for several years. The restaurant was always our favorite part. We were fairly disappointed this year as things over all seemed to be declining. I understand everything being short staffed but to constantly hear that as an excuse for good customer service anymore is sad. We will be looking for a different location for future vacations. The restaurant choice was a terrible one. Food, service and drinks were terrible to say the least.

Can\'t beat the VIEW!

First, the location and view were incredible. However, the unit we were in needed some updating and freshening up. It was obvious from the sliding door sticking shut, both beds provided no support and were terrible, the toilet seats were worn well past their use, some outlets did not work, the couches were definitely used and the ottoman was broken and sunken in. I honestly expected better conditions for the money I paid and the pictures that were on the internet. As far as the resort itself, the gift store was great, provided lots of things including coffee and all of the clerks we dealt with were friendly and greeted us with a smile. The elevators smelled and were not air conditioned. We definitely be back to Destin, but we probably won\'t stay here.
