Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

The recently updated conference room is perfect for your next event or meeting. Upon entering SunDestin unit 312, you will be welcomed with a spacious and open layout, along with upscale yet relaxing beach décor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and is adorned with plenty of counter space and storage, along with a beautiful backsplash. The dining table seats up to six guests, perfect for enjoying your favorite home cooked meal as a family. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large flat-screen television, ideal for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.

This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental offers relaxing sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Incredible panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the master bedroom, living room and spacious balcony. Wake up to the relaxing sound of the waves while sipping on your morning coffee or experience the sun setting over the emerald green waters in the evening.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
